A very good video, thanks you very much. I started animals flow after watching your videos and I discovered something plaesant and efficient to do to progess and to keep for a ling time. "Classics exercises" are boring and I often loose my motivation. I will introduce your grizzly walk challenge in my daily routine. If you have others variations or challenge about cat walk, lezard walk ou monkey walk, it will be great. Thank you very much, I love your spirit and work.
I'm working on the Wounded Bear now. My specialty is the Hibernating Yogi Bear. Nice studio. Is it in Slovakia? I will try those exercises on my next weekend for sure.
This reminds me of Zverobatic („Amimal-atic“), a concept developed by a friend of mine from Crimea. But his concept is more for children aiming to instil in them a love of sports through the game of imitating the animals‘ movements.
Thank you for putting this challenge together. I feel like the bear is an under leverage fundamental movement. I love that your approach moves away from being prescriptive and encourages people to explore and begin to build intuition of body movements. StayStrong!🦾

I'd love this kind of workout to go viral, they would make great gym classes if it became a craze
This is great! You should come out with a companion challenge based on reverse position to this one like crab walk.
Excellent, thorough video. I'm 65 yrs. old, love doing primal movement... and I'm really excited to take on this challenge!

Is bear the best movement to train? Or is it just the basic/foundation on which to build?
Eros, whats a good warm up to do before starting these set of exercises?
Bro knows how to have furry fun...🤭
Jokes aside, pay attention when "performing" 5th movement, it can be dangerous y'all. 👍🏻

Bears are fat - Bear walk does not really help the core.
