  • Mille-feuille can be made like a cake, but it is better as pies, because cutting it is not very convenient. Millefeuille is fragile and breaks.
    Ingredients for 18 cakes:
    Yeast-free puff pastry - 500 g
    For cream:
    Curd cheese - 150 g
    Butter - 80 g
    Condensed milk - 100 g
    For jam:
    Frozen blueberries - 200 g
    Sugar - 25 g
    Corn starch - 15 g
    Powdered sugar for sprinkling.
