    Ingredients:
    Raw almonds - 200 g
    Powdered sugar - 200 g
    Almond extract (Amaretto liqueur) - 2 ml
    Custard marzipan according to the classic recipe
    This recipe is considered the most common and universal. It allows you to prepare a fragrant almond mass, which can be used as an independent treat or for decorating festive pastries. The finished product is placed in the refrigerator. If you wrap it in food wrap before that, the shelf life increases to 2-3 weeks.
