One of my favorite JPs in the game. Try collecting every chest along the way consistently, next! It's fun, and nets you a fair amount of trick-or-treat bags, too. A little tip: move your camera higher up, allows you to see how far you can push the ledge before jump. There's a number of jumps that are very punishing in this regard. Tip #2: don't stop running, and instead use mid-air movement to optimize your pathing. Gets you used to the pace and which routes are the best. Tip #3: it's easier on human and sylvari characters.
this is the apex of nerve wracking jumping puzzling 😆 i heard that it was designed with 5% of successful players in mind...AND big character frames don't help at all... p.s. the mad king is an ancestor in the line of Krytan monarchs: there's plenty of lore around during halloween!
Do you know there is an easy mode of this btw? @@ the choice on the top of 0:13 lol I only do the easier one lol I don't like it rush me since I don't like JP already. So it is my 1st time to be able to complete this JP bc of the new easy mode xD Still, I got dizzy in the half way bc of the spinning background O
@@Mario_UniverseThat's life. It will be useful if you ever go for Aurora since that requires completion of three JPs In addition, look up the achievement "The Seasons of the Dragons." The Prismatic Champion's Regalia is so worth it.
The only thing that makes that one hard honestly is just the pressure you put on yourself and the buggy hitboxes. you just can't stop and think. that is all. If you know where to go and don't have to aim every jump while standing still, this one is a walk in the park. very similar to the first part of the wintersday jumping puzzle.
On and off GW2 casual player for 2 years and man I still haven’t completed one JP because I already feel my power draining each time I fall every ten seconds lmao
This gotta be the best reaction i've ever seen for the clock tower 😂 Did you know you had the option to do it in a stopped tower where there was no raising soul soup?
As a GW2 veteran i can say this: I value my sanity more than any JP on the game lol
I respect this

The trick or treat bags is tempting. Yeah making my norn the bulkiest a norn can be was not helpful here
after the first time it becomes actually pretty easy, because the route gets somewhat engraved in the depths of your scarred psyche...sadly I know...
I have to remind myself this is a fun game
@@Mario_Universe 🤣
GW2 rite of passage: complete!
never again
I regret practicing the stopped clock tower.
I should have learned the route, then immediately switched to the timed version.
I think that would have saved me a headache

Well that's actually pretty cool. Also that's a sadistic completion rate in mind

Yeah I jumped in to it too quick without processing that there was a non timed version lol
@@Mario_Universe But you made it \O/ all good xD
CT is the only reason I come back to GW2 every year lol. Most fun with to race against players who mastered it :D
This is the reason? dang
GG mate.
Now, do it backwards. :D
Man, i can't wait for you to try out the Christmas event JPs. :D
oh god
You can buy an Endless Tonic in the LW s3 map "Lake Doric" that shrinks you, I heard it's invaluable for Norns and Charr when doing JPs.
I feel like I'm gonna retroactively learn about these helpful things after going through hell first for most of the content of the game lol

Good job! Awesome video. Lol. Thats how I play🤣
Just brute force the process until success
I just love this JP. I laugh so hard at 6:28. This one is probably the hardest JP in the game. Some people considere Draconis Mons JP harder.

I hate JPs in general but that particular one....oh man...i fcking hate that thing!
Lol now I do too

I feel that lol

Well now yeah lol. I just jumped in when I did it
Quick! Show this man the video of a 5yo girl completing this puzzle like it's nothing. :D :D :D
No I don't need that hit to my self esteem!
Yooo mario how r u doing
