Hi Liz, thankyou once again for a brilliantly informative podcast and thankyou to Dr Moseley. I am in my fifties and practice time restricted eating and am avidly interested in gut health. I think it has the answers to most things health related.
At the end of your podcast you asked for suggestions of experts who may be of interest as guest speakers. I have personal experience of a Dr Robin Pauc, based in the New Forest, and author of several books on the relationship between diet, the gut, and conditions of childhood, including ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, dyspraxia, OCD, Tourettes Syndrome of childhood and autistic spectrum disorders. He helped two of my children quite profoundly(,they are now grown up and in their twenties, so this was a while ago), and as the topic is related to several of the podcasts of yours I have listened to, I think it may be of interest to you and your listeners. Thankyou Liz X

One of the best interviews ever Liz. Such interesting information and the questions you asked were so relevant. Had no idea that the fast 800 program was here in Australia as well. Thank you for a great vlog.

Liz, you are such a wealth of information and support for us all. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and that of your friends. I’ve always thought Dr Michael Mosley makes so much sense. He is very popular here in Australia. I will check out the Fast 800 to help with my time restricted eating and reducing my menopause weight gain. I love adding Maca and mesquite powder to my morning smoothies. 💗 PS, you look beautiful 😍

This was so interesting, thank you both. I don’t need to lose weight necessarily I am pretty slim but what I do need to do is reduce my sugar intake drastically. I know I need to do it, I am just struggling to find the will. I also am a nighttime snacker, I don’t know why but I am.

    Hello Liz,
Thank You for this chat with Michael, really enjoyed it.
Just one thing you mentioned about your daughter & chronic pain, I really wouldn’t want to interfere & not knowing the details, but I was sick over 10 years ago & I read the work of John Sarno & one of his patients, Steve Ozanich.
They literally saved my life, just wanted to share with you 💕🦋

I fainted was admitted to hospital. They couldn’t find anything wrong blood pressure normal blood sugar normal the consultants decided to experiment on me and put me on blood thinners. My sister said have they checked your iron levels in your blood 🩸 because she had low B12 anemia and said it runs in our family all the symptoms look like low iron and can be put right without expensive drugs by diet, yes it was low iron. Did the consultant get paid by big pharmaceutical company to put me on expensive drugs ??? 🤷‍♀️🙏😱

£12 a month is a lot for poor people 🙁 And then buy the shakes, I thought Michael was saying no processed stuff, now he's selling it. Its beginning to sound like Fast money not Fast 800 diet!

Intermenment fasting does not work for everyone, listen to your body! My hubby can do it as has always done it naturally since he was young because it’s what his body needs..i on the other hand do better on smaller meals during the day....when I fast for too long i overeat ...Our bodies fast during sleep when it takes care of many processes we don’t need to help the body, it knows best but we do need to learn to listen to it and follow its lead....I think IF is a fad that will pass as all fads do....why am I even bothering writing here 😳🤪😜

😂 Loving the science from Dr Mosely et al, but you are right to listen to your own body. What is important is a decent rest for the gut during sleep! Annie x
