I’m worried for this lady. First Miss Carla does a beautiful job with these lovely ladies. But Areata Alopecia isn’t common and doesn’t appear like some of these ladies including Jada Pinkett Smith.
Every time Miss C explains to this particular client how it’s going to work, she still wants what she wants regardless, like blonde on damaged hair.
We (ladies) kill our follicles and cause traumatic alopecia, which is a lot easier to come to grips with. If you can say "I have a medical condition or it’s genetic", it’s easy than to admit to yourself, that you alone caused your hair to fall out because that’s a gigantic pill to swallow.

This was by far my favorite of hairstyles 1). It was to keep her natural hair healthy without glue and chemicals 2). She looks absolutely stunning because the hairstyle was designed around her face and head, which many stylists forget to pay attention to, rather than just do a hairstyle that would not compliment them. However, I understand giving the client what they want. I think you outdid yourself on this one. AMAZING!!!!!

I’m a Licensed hair stylist… I deal with clients and that have the same issues. It’s is permanent. Im a woman with the same issue… all we can do is mask the area . Example ****wear protective style
Sadly same here , I’ve tried eveeerryy thing to try and regrow hair back to no avail!!
Hello. Yes I’m not a dermatologist or a trichologist but I have learned where the scalp is smooth to the touch, that means there is no hair follicles in that area and that means hair cannot grow where the hair follicles are absent. So I recommend to just mask it with whatever style you want.
I’m also a licensed cosmetologists and if it’s smooth there’s no coming back to a full head of hair with the follicles destroyed.😢
@@TheHairGuruCarla I think it would be useful to know what caused the hair loss in the first place. I don’t think that braids and weaves are protective hairstyles, because they put tension on the hair.

You shouldn't braid her hair too tightly. I can definitely see some hair growth in the areas where she has hair. Drinking a lot of water helps. Women go through a lot during the menopause years. She will be ok. Still beautiful. She has you on her side so she will be fine.

Try washing your hair with baking soda & Bragg's apple cider with mother. Mix the two together like a paste and leave it on the hair for a half hour. Do this routine every two weeks and watch your hair grow back in the bald areas of your head.

@lvncsr6166 Yes, it's true. 1/2 cup of baking soda & 1/2 of Brad's apple cider with mother and make it to a paste. Leave it on your hair with a plastic cap for 30 minutes and continue the routine until you see results.
