    You do nice work! Question...
    when you do a logo for someone, do you design it yourself or do you have it digitized by someone?

    • @BoricuaSewingCrafts
      @BoricuaSewingCrafts  Год назад +1

      Hi Ann. My passion is embroidery machinery. I know the basics of digitizing but I always prefer to have someone else do that part.

    Thank you very much for making this video. It has helped me introduce myself to the possibility of being able to embroider scrubs. I wish to learn more and I was wondering if you were able to help me get better at mine. I am yet to decide on the machine to buy, most likely the Brother per many peoples recommendations. Please can you teach me more?

      Hi. I have a whole library of videos on embroidering on the channel. I'm sure they will be able to help out.

    Where is the most common placement of embroidery for scrubs: The wearer's right side or left side (over the pocket)?

    • @BoricuaSewingCrafts
      @BoricuaSewingCrafts  Год назад +1

      Usually the opposite side of the pocket or on top. It depends on the customer as well. They will usually tell you the placement.

    I have a question about your brother 10 needle. were you able to just scan in what was printed on that paper and it did all the colors correctly? Or did you previously have that logo digitized and put in the machine?
    The reason why am asking is I have a Personna 100 and it’s just a one needle but I’m so excited to have it. It was the only thing in my price range and so I am learning about embroidery and I know the 10 needle would be an awesome goal to have!!
    But after watching your video I just wanted to know if the 10 needle just scans the design in the system without special digitizing? That would make it even more incredible!!! 🎉

    • @BoricuaSewingCrafts
      @BoricuaSewingCrafts  Год назад

      Hi. The logo was professionally digitized. I scan to ensure the design I put in the machine aligns correctly with where I want the logo to stitch out. The 10 needle is able to scan designs and create the embroidery file but I prefer to use digitizers for this service. Sometimes software that "automatically" converts the pic to an embroidery file can have issues depending on the complexity of the design.

    Hi my name is Marisol I have an older 6 needle machine that works great the only problem it embroiders about an inch off from the center and I need to recalibrate. Could you possible help me? The dealer wants to charge an arm and a leg for recalibration. Thanks, Marisol

    • @BoricuaSewingCrafts
      @BoricuaSewingCrafts  2 года назад +1

      Hi Marisol. I always get maintenance on all my machines on an annual basis. I recommend getting this done professionally. These machines are pricey so you don't want to do anything to make it worse. I understand about the cost being high but I would look at it this way. Once you have your machine up and running in perfect condition you will be able to push those orders to get the money back.

    Hi what is the brand of your machine and how much is it ? Is that the latest machine ?
    I’m on the process of buying a medical uniform store and the owner is including her embroidery machine she said she bought 5 years ago for 10k now she’s selling for 7k. The machine looks new well maintained I just need to know the brand and check it out .
