Suspended me 10 months ago. 80 % of my business came from maps. Trying yellow pages and getting family to register other businesses then forwarding details. Shame such a shitty company can have so much power
You should be able to get it turned back on. Just need to be relentless and contact Google every way you can. Creating duplicate listings might end up biting you.
Same here dudu luckily enough i just got mine fixed back with the help of a support called! Iron_techz who helped me when i was desperate and i think he can help you too, i suggest you send him a request.

Yeah anything that makes you look more legit and less like a scammer in Google's eyes, the better. If you pay for Google Workplace emails then you're less likely to be a scammer than if you just create a free Gmail and use that.
Isn't this Google in-house error cause for a class action suit for the wrongfully disabled / suspended businesses?
Yes I want to sue them. I spent tens of thousands of dollars with Google ad words. Been in business for twelve years and I’m not acquiring new customers. Help lawyers. Screw the class action I want Google dismantled and and distributed search engines for local areas and small businesses. This the globalist destroying small businesses so they can push communism on us.
I've been going through this now for almost two months. I moved to another state and when I changed my service area it suspended my listing. I've gotten a couple emails and sent what they requested. Still suspended. It's frustrating and my business I've had for twelve years is going down hill fast!
Same thing except I haven’t moved my business. I have been in business for 12 years too. Wtf? We need to start our own search engine! Google is prolly working with China and the globalist to destroy the USA and the people in it!

But now now its showing as not visible to Publicly..I dont know how to fix this profile..i dont find Profile manager to find the link of my profile. Hey Chuck thanks for the videos. In your other video you mentioned to use your business email. How do i find that option to create my GMB account with? I only see gmail for business, child or yourself. When I click on business, I don't see the option to enter my business email address. Can you point me in the right direction?
It's called Google Workspace. It used to be called Gsuite. This is how you get an email using your website domain.
I've been at this since march and still can't get my listing verified. I don't know what else to do.

Im just putting it out there, but I have had my google listing for a long time now, but last week out of the blue I was suspended, I know its important to keep trying to "reason" with the computers, so I'm being patient and really pumping my other social media business listings and having to get creative about ways to advertise. I wonder if google is punishing me because I don't share their views on a lot of stuff that i wont mention here, is this part of the new credit score stuff that is coming? Anyway, just putting it our there to see if others are watching stuff on social media that goes against googles agenda and if that could be a reason for the suspensions? just asking....
I don't think that's it. The level of spam online has really kicked up in the last year and Google is trying hard to combat it. While I view GMB as the best marketing tool for local businesses, this is a big reminder that it's important to be diversified in your lead sources so tings don't fall apart when one goes down.

Perhaps. You have to remember that they are the number one search engine across the entire planet. They have a lot of work to do.
Google suspending my business today for no apparent reason. I submitted an appeal and proof of my business and updated my profile. At this point they’re putting me out of business by doing this. I hope this appeal works because I’m sick over it. Any suggestions would help. By the way great video. Thanks
My suggestion is to be relentless and if you don't hear back in a couple of days, try contacting Google through any and all means you can. In my experience, as soon as you can get in touch with a real person, it usually resolves quickly. Also, read the guidelines and be 100% sure your listing follows the guidelines because you definitely don't want to get ahold of someone and have them tell you no. Good luck.

Sorry about that. I had similar experience before I Appealed many times to no avail. Support team don't give necessary support when we need them. I got mine restored permanently by an expert called XS0LVE.1 who was a former employee of AirBnB support team

Thanks so much for this video. This is the first clear, sincere explanation i've heard about what's going on with these GMB suspensions.
Unfortunately, I got suspended in December 2023 after i updated part of my business details. How i wish i didn't! 😢
My predicament now is that my business address has changed cause years ago i moved out of my home where i started the business. Now my new business address is completely different from that on my business licence as well as the one on the corporate affairs commission portal of my country. Worse still my electricity bill is in the name of my landlord who owns the meter!Unfortunately, that's how things work here.
I emailed explanations and photos of the new business location along with the usual business details but i m still suspended.
Now i understand that automation is the major problem. Though i'll follow your advice and keep trying, but considering my peculiar situation:

I made another video recently where we go more into depth on this but he idea is still the same. You need to change your situation so the evidence is 100% clear that you are a legit business and all the information lines up. Then, you have to keep trying until you get thorugh to a person at Google so you aren't dealing with automations.
SEND IN A COPY OF YOUR ANNUAL REPORT... I did that and was reinstated after 3 days....
I have no idea why my business has been disabled, but I really need to get it reinstated. I did send in a reinstatement request. I can't imagine what is suddenly wrong.
It could be anything... Don't give up. Keep trying to get ahold of them.

Read through the guidelines and make sure you are following the rules. Once you're 100% sure, just pester them. That's what we do.

Keep trying to reach Google. Respond to all emails they send. In my experience, as soon as you get ahold of a real person, you will get it taken care of.
Hey I’m having the same problem exactly what you talked about. It’s causing me to go through a major financial situation. My business is legal I sent in legal papers from the state and city. I work from home. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ELSE I CAN DO. I HAVE EMAILED THEM SO MANY TIMES.. NOW ITS A THING SAYING VERIFICATION NEEDED. IVE SENT IN PROOF OF LOCATION. Any help would be appreciated!
Make sure your listing follows the guidelines then keep pestering them. In my experience if you can just reach a real person it gets resolved quickly. You can try contacting Google from other places too like Google Ads.

I am in the same boat. I had Google reinstate my reviews up to 300 5 stars, and within the same day, it was suspended. Now I am going on a 3-month suspension. Even BING will not allow me to put up an ad and they closed my account. I don't know what is going on.

Sorry to hear that. All I can advise is to keep bugging them in any and all ways possible. We always get it worked out but it can take months sometimes.
Google is a horrible company to deal with. They make you beg.
How many times can you send reinstatement form?
We've sent it multiple times before.
