Could probably do all of this in your hand without an extra gadget. Do we really need an extra gadget and precise burgers?

I am! Just a cold but it was hard to do that VoiceOver. Still, I wanted to get the video up because I promised people I would show them how to use a press.
I just made these for dinner and these were the best ground chicken burgers I have ever made. I accidently added all the ingredients together except shredded cheese and jalapenos. So those were my stuffing. That little burger press is awesome. Can't wait to try different stuffed burgers. Hope you are feeling better.
