- We all do burger toppings, but what about burger stuffing?
I went and bought a simple burger stuffing kit and learned how to make perfect (well, nearly) STUFFED BURGERS
We feasted on burgers stuffed with blue cheese and bacon, Pizza Burger and not to forget, the Bacon-Pepper Jack-Burger-Dog…there’s even more, but you’ll have to watch the show ;-)
In Part 2 of Stuffed Burger, I’ll show you how I finished cooking them and the great burger reveal
See you outback!

You just made me think....I am going to stuff some with onions, mushrooms, peppers, mozzerella cheese and pizza sauce for the ultimate pizza burger! I paused your vid, to make the preceeding comment and you went to your pizza burger as soon as I restarted it! lol.
I see this is from 3 years ago, but I'm telling you, watching you do this helped with those damn patty makers!! Thanks for your sense of humor and your tips!! Keep grilling and knowing things!
Especially the stuffed pizza burger!!!
Very nice introduction in stuffed burgers and Cheers from Germany! Two things I have to mention:
1. instead of oiling every time I used a kitchen plastic wrap to make the extraction of patty easier and
2. if you do a quick rotation of your top handle, the patty will remove itself very easy. I was using beef with 20% fat, if this makes a difference.
Thanks for your efforts and joy you bring to us!
Thanks, Radu, for those really helpful tips and thanks for watching. Yes, it sure helps to have a good fat content. I like to mix ground short ribs of beef with a ground sirloin (50/50). Hope you visit outback, soon
we're having a tropical storm moving through for the next few days
Those burgers look amazing!!!
I do stuffed breakfast patties. Pork sausage stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, and shredded cheddar.
AWESOME!!! Thanks for watching and sharing, Will! :-D
GREAT IDEA!!!
Fantastic video, really like your advice and your style. Nice grill you have great camera work. Hope the dogs are doing well.
I knew from the title, I was going to enjoy this video. You're right, 3 oz.burgers would have just irritated me. Great and informative tips, about the proper use of the burger stuffer thingamajiggy. Good to know about the Bison burgers. Kudos to Trish for the sizzle cam, just needs to be a little bit longer. 😎. Nicely Done. Thanks for sharing. 😎.

"This is not your diet episode" LMFAO!
Snoopy said, "What hits the floor is legally mine!"
Tip. Twist it when you lift. I never use spray and have little issue with sticking. Let the meat chill in the fridge also. Once it warms up you run into sticking
That's a great tip! Thanks for watching, John! Sorry for the late reply :-D
Where do you get that burger stuffer gadget?
I can smell the perfume just watching it. I have the presser and I'll make them tonight! A HUGE THANKS👍👍👍👍

Sounds great! Thanks for watching, Steven! :-D
Just saw this 4 year old video and today got my burger stuffing kit. I make homemade sausage so I wanted a big sausage patty so as I'm writing this I have to big sausage patties on the smoker one plan and one stuffed with cheese
Love it, "This is not a diet episode". You could be deiting from vege's! Isn't that a Keto diet? Thanks for the tips. I bought a different burger stuffer, but your tips will be very helpful.
Marc, do you use 6oz 90/10 ground beef on the bottom, and 2oz ground beef for the cap, or 3oz? Can ground chicken, pork, or turkey be used as a substitute for beef? How long do you recommend cooking the stuffed burgers before they are ready to consume? Great stuffed burger video!
Great enthusiasm!!😋🤤
so joyful, I like the way you cook kinda of carelessly and fun.
Do you really have to pre-cook the bacon slices prior to grilling the patty?
Yes, because it’s raw pork, so it has to be fully cooked because it won’t cook inside the raw ground beef
i may very late to the party, but how do I keep my stuffed burger from falling apart during the cook?
Thanks for the free tips
You should make the top first in the press set it aside then make the bottom
For the stuffed hamburgers you should bread some shrimp on the grill with butter and your choice of breadcrumbs but they have to be the small ones put about six or whatever you can into the hamburgers cook to medium put it on a big bun with mayonnaise and avocado
That's a super idea. These stuffed burgers are cool for so many fillings. I gotta try the shrimp :-D
Michelle Gonzales OMG! I am so doing that!!! Thanks for watching!!
You can do it with or with out the bread crumbs. My husband likes it with and thank you. I like watching you so I can give my husband new ideas to cook.
So is it 4 oz for the main burger and 2 oz for the top ?
Where u get that hamburger tool at never seen 1
Family friendly lol... great video

Where do you get that burger stuffer gadget

Thanks for watching! :-D
Dude you just make the top part of the burger first in the press, you making it alot harder then it needs to be lol
Hey there , thanks for watching! Sorry to take so long to get back to you. I don't know how I missed it, but I appreciate that advice :-D
Great video .. awesome 👌🏾 attitude

No problem.. ur funny.... subscribed
@@gregoryburkhead7813 Thanks, Bro!
Hey, first time here, where did you get the t shirt & the burger stuffer?, I make my burgers that thick without the stuffer, but the stuffer makes them perfectly round! been Contemplating on that black stone grill, it looks great!
Instead if spraying your patty press...line it with saran wrap.
Great idea, I'll try that next time. Thanks for watching, Nathan! :-D

My pleasure, your press video actually pit me on the track of a stuffed burger food truck...
Hi
I tried your stuffed burger recipe with the 6 ounce burgers on the bottom and they did not come out anything like yours using the same equipment cheese did not ooze out it just melted into the burger 😞
Where do I get a burger making machine like that?
It's a Cusinart burger stuffer. I got mine on Amazon
Thanks for watching!
that was my question. can you tell my wife that I guy can't have enough toys for cooking outside. lol
Just use wax paper. You can buy pre cut on amazon.
you are my new hero
Hi I know u might not see this but thank you I got one for Christmas and I was wondering
Sorry for not getting back! Thanks for watching and wondering ;-)
Where do you get that burger stuffer gadget
So keto, so good ♥
Thanks for watching, Yuliya! :-D
As my wife backs up in the grill now she's toasty lol
Is there a way to put a liquid or gravy in it? Mine keep falling apart and not cooking through. What am I doing wrong?
Try freezing the gravy into little blocks. That might allow the burger to seal while cooking before the gravy melts. It could also leave everything raw in the middle though.
@@houseofschenck6230 ill try it and let ya know. Lmao
@@DOMEstead cook the burger then afterwards use an injector with a small tip to fill it...like a filled donut would be made 😉
Why not use the complete press and make the lid first rather than press by hand.
You're right!
For my food truck I buy 4oz and 2oz patties. 4oz for base, 2oz for lid
No jalapeños???
Bad ass 🍔
I bet you can use that press to make meat pies and fruit pies.
Wheres the money shot!?😑
It just looks like a little cross contamination going on?
But looks good .
I hope you talk sweet to your wife.
That's key ;-)
Carnivore diet!
Jesus loves you

Well, thanks anyway for watching
Seriously? Do you think we searched stuffed burgers to watch all the sides BS???
Saint cholesterol please prey for us. This food, is simply insane. So unhealthy. I took the time to watch your 2 videos, and i must tell you that producing good food isn't only a matter of bringing a huge quantity of fat ingredients.
I love good food. tasty food is very important in my quality of life. I always try to learn new things, use new techniques, vary the recipes, even if my own experiments are not always completely positive.
Fortunately it's possible to produce more healthy food that is so good, that you would drive hours to get it.
You should try that once.
I am 65 and i had to get a surgery to reduce the time of my stomach because for me eating much was a life and death matter. It made me lose 40 pounds, really changed my quality of life, and i didn't have to sacrifice my food pleasure.
Before the surgery, i was already a good amateur cook, but i would already be unable to eat any of your burgers.
Now that my stomach is smaller and that i cannot eat much, i decided to eat in smaller plates, BUT at the same time, to improve my cooking skill, so that to eat smaller but much tastier portions.
Now about your videos : 1) when you shape your meat, you should put it back to wait in the fridge rather to let it wait outside, because the bacteria multiply very fast on ground meat.
2) Your stuffed burgers leak during the cooking,
3) you let them burn before you decide to serve them. what's the point? Do you think that burnt meat is more tasty than correctly cooked meat? when you grill a meat, you must let it let brown to caramelize on it's surface. this is called the maillard reaction. It ensures a good taste to your meat. But if you burn it, it tastes like charcoil.
I don't deny that some chefs could want to burn food on purpose sometimes (it works on onions, i recently had a great experience with asparagus that i accidentally forgot in the saucepan), but normally, it's not the kind of taste that you want to leave in your mouth.
4) I don't know what salad that you are using, but it's definitely not lettuce. from where i am it looks more like romaine salad
5) and finally, no need to coat your buns with butter before you toast them.
I don't deny that this food might fill you with contempt, because you seem to be a nice person. but i think that you should replace the quantity by the quality. Just try it. Get a meal in a real gastronomic restaurant, and you will discover something new in your life : healthy food that's worth eating.
Also, i do not think that the type of videos that you demonstrate is good for the health of the people who watch it, meaning your example is not helping them !
i wouldn't deny their right to kill themselves with unhealthy food and long as they did an educated choice, and took the time to consider what consequence their family would endure if they get a stroke or a heart attack.
We all have to die once (at least :) ) and nobody can be affirmative on the fact that eating your kind of food will necessarly bring health problems, or that eating healthy food, will necessarly allow to avoid them.
But the statistics talk, and they are not in favor of your food habits.
Maybe it's time to get to a new paradigm without sacrificing your quality of life.
Sincerely
You just couldn’t help yourself. No need to reply, I’m not going argue with you.
up to you.
My point is not to waist our time by searching for an argument. If my comments can help you and your subrscribers come back to the reason, and to avoid grave health injuries, i will be fully satisfied.
But if you make no usage of my warning, i will be sad for you, but you are grown up, and you are absolutely free to choose your way of living as long as you respect the law.
Sincerely@@davidfrankhauser1666
Thanks for your point of view, Marc
Too much fill and not direct enough. Shouldn't take almost 15 minutes to show how to stuff a burger. Problem with too many Utube videos. We don't care about a cat, dog, your yard, or your great grandmother's recipes. Make them short,to the point and you will multiply your following.
Oil what? You don't even tell us what you're working with. You're a terrible instructor
