I would translate it as:
For forever, maybe for forever

maybe for forever we will be heading in the same direction
I feel that is as close as you can get. You could also go for "we will be traveling the same road together" I suppose.... basically, the meaning is people whose destination and path could potentially align, allowing them to travel together forever - or at least I take the meaning to be that that is what is being wished for, or hoped for, even if it is only an uncertain 'maybe' at the moment.

With a little imagination, you could guess the danish words. As the english language has it's base from the germanic language, and danish is one of them. So.

Måske = maybe

well Danish is part of the Germanic language. and English came from that. so today it's not really weird that nordic countries speak Very good English. to us English is very similar to Danish in many ways, and quite a few words sounds so much like each other. like just to give one example : Window, “vindue”. British people would have no issues coming here, if they can only speak their language!.

in "evigt" the letter "g" is pronouced with a "j" sound like Johan do it. The danish word for poem is "digt" where the "g" is almost a "k" sound. Well there is no rules, u just have to know.
