You make me proud to be danish, and notice that the frontman sings like elvis and he'd said that Presley was a hero, and that the leadguitarist is Rob Caggiano
He even said he wrote Dead But Rising after he was driving to go see elvis house but got lost and an eagle (probably just a hawk) started flying with him and guided him to the road he needed to be on and he thought it was his dad reincarnated guiding him to a place he always wanted to see
Been a huge fan of this band for years. They are definitely a treasure
as a child of a Danish rock dad, I grew up with volbeat and this is one of my fave songs besides shotgun blues, and I am ALSO obligated to BELCH the Danish part when it comes on the radio ^^

Nice reaction to a song, you don´t see many reactions to. I used to live right up the street from Johan, way back in the late 90´s when his band Magten´s Korridorer were just breaking through and since we had a few friends in common, I also talked to him a few times. Really nice guy, who deserves his success all the way.

Actually Johan Olsen and his Band was famous before Volbeat.. Volbeat got famous because Johan promoted them.. They are personal friends in Real Life. 😉
Just stumbled over this reaction - FUN FACT: Johan Olsen has a Ph.D in Micro Biology and is a Professor at Copenhagen University(don't know if if he still is ?!). And great reaction !
He has also written several children-books about science, as well as acted in a childrens christmas series. A man of many talents!

This is actually a great song. The only problem with it is Michael Poulsen the lead singer. Cause if you listen to any album of theirs he sounds exactly the same. And it gets pretty tiring listening to him, the lyrics and the songs are great, but you just get tired of his voice. Johan Olsen who sings the Danish part on the other hand, you never get tired of him. He is what really makes this song great.
