Tifa and Cloud really suck at communicating their feelings. Tifa finally finds her voice in AC she tells Cloud straight what he needs to hear. Game ends Cloud and Tifa are doing well together still awkward but love is developing Cloud is more open to the idea of life and a relationship with Tifa moving forward at this point Cloud is positive whilst Tfa is battling her sadness Cloud is there to reassure and support her. Cloud starts his delivery job and is away from his "light/Tifa" for long hours of the day revisiting places that make him reflect on his past coming to his breaking point the request from Elmyra to visit Aeriths grave. Cloud becomes depressed and suffers from severe survivors guilt going to all these places and begins being cold with Tifa. Hard to say when he develops Geostigma but I assume it happens shortly before or after Denzel is adopted, this causes Cloud to come home more but not really patch things properly with Tifa. Cloud thinks Aerith sent Denzel to him when Tifa says maybe she sent him to us, Cloud smiles, thinking this is what he needs in life and is reminded of what he said to Tifa earlier in the book opening, stating "I have you now" the smile is like Tifa used his own advice against him when she was having her own doubts.the Tifa story ends with Cloud leaving for Aeriths church to live but he most likely either already had the Geostigma or just developd it and decides to leave now faced with his own mortality and grieving for Zack and Aerith. Nojima shows us it's a realistic take on how hard love is with trauma everyone has it Iin this gMe especially Cloud and Tifa. It will take them a while to heal but they will heal each other Denzel and Marlene are there to help them out at the end of AC/ FF7 reminisce Cloud finishes work early to tell Tifa to close shop tomorrow so they can have a day with the kids, Cloud is once again welcoming the thought of moving on.
I think he left because he had geostigma. In Case of Shinra, it's revealed that people contract the disease when they lose all hope in life. Cloud, after making that delivery, probably feels he can never atone, and thus contracts the illness. That's why he left.
I'm glad someone pointed this out. Also, when Cloud said, "I have you this time," Tifa responded, "You always had me." "What I mean is it's different this time," Cloud smiled for the second time in that particular scene but the dialogue tag was removed by the VA. But the VA still did a great job.
The Maiden Who Travels the Planet is almost a Buddhist thesis attached to a video game narrative. On the Way to a Smile: "What’s the solution? Alcohol!" "I guess you're right." Can't wait to see how this pans out...
Cloud: "If you've forgotten the way you were then, then I'll be there to remind you"

Cloud and tifa forever
Yeah. One of the best canons in the series.
"Don't just take. Show that you can give too."
God, Barret always knows exactly what to say!
so glad i discovered this!
Hope you enjoy the rest of the audiobooks
After saying that he’ll remind Tifa how to be strong again, Cloud blushes
It’s in the book originally!!!🥺
I'm glad someone pointed this out.

@@ms.karaasmr5930 yeah I’m not sure why they were removed because they’re so important IMO
but yeah he did a good job nonetheless!
1:14 I always thought Tifa had red eyes ...?
It's red-brown. (-__-)
I'm really digging these remasters guys. Keep up the fantastic work ;)
They all had some form of PTSD because of the previous events. They were like soldiers in real life. I'm glad they all got through it in the end.
Barette will always be reminded of his past his gun arm like the past wil always be with him
You'd think with all these giant mechs running around, they'd be able to make cybernetic limbs
Can’t believe I have only just discovered these 😱
Awesome... I love cloud+tifa
I noticed some new music being used.
Yeah, I wanted to tie the music in more with FF7.
man, Barette's voice seems so real - sound like some random American rapper singing about alcohol xD

This warms my heart
Am i the only dumb kid that pronounced tifa as tIFa not teefa in the 90’s until the movie came along?
Naaaah
Ey! Aren't Tifas eyes red?
Yes. To me they are at least. Always disliked the brown ones. Thank god they're red in the remake. That crimson is.. 👌
Tifa has red eyes! Not brown damnit!!!!
Depends
in the og and in advent children it was brown...but then changed to red
@@HamiltonNgo-A24 It was red too in og, they changed it in Advent Children. In the remake they made back her original red eyes.
@@-TheCapedCrusader- gotcha thx for reminding me I knew in ac it was brown but couldn't exactly remember in the og
I can't believe I've been pronouncing Cait Sith's name wrong for all these years.
