I loved you showed how to get an order done with one machine although it was time consuming. I have 3 embroidery machines. I have been looking into purchasing a multi needle machine. I have looked at numerous brands. My concern is this. What if I need to have may machine serviced is there a place in town where I live or do I have to ship the machine off. Or is there service for the machine in the US.

I can’t answer what I can’t see but you definitely need to pull the pocket out and make sure the bottom is clear.
