Amanda, what a great card. I loved your creativity... and I can relate to having shaky hands as well. It's really annoying when working with small items and I somehow don't have much luck with tweezers. Thanks so much. 😊
Thank you, Brendaelaine! So glad you enjoyed the card. So sorry you have shaky hands too. It is definitely annoying with small items. Have you tried reverse tweezers? I do ok with those, but not with regular tweezers. They don't work for gems though. Those things are a PITA! Most jewel pickers I have tried either aren't sticky enough or are so sticky they don't want to let go and you need one hand to hold the tool and the other hand to release the gem. Argh! I have one that works pretty good, but I have a personal beef with the company. Such is life, I guess. Anyways, thanks for watching! ❤️
There is hope for ugly paper. Lol. I have so many ugly papers which most came in paper pads from over 20 years ago. I just don’t throw out anything when I probably should sometimes. I love what you did with your less desirable papers. I think I have that purple geometric one.. I love that stencil.
Haha! Yes! There is hope and I totally hear you on not throwing things out. I don't either. I'm glad you enjoyed what I did and hope you can use the tips to work through your less desirable papers too. That's funny you think you have the geometric paper. Someone commented on Facebook that they had the dot one and think they have the geometric one too. I really didn't think anyone would have these papers. Haha!
Haha! Thanks, Roberta. I really tried to challenge myself with the ugliest of the ugly in my stash. Glad you enjoyed. I'm glad we are back doing these collabs too. ❤️
Amazing card Amanda 😻 I love the way you made the pattern papers your own designs, your feathers/flower and your card design. So many great ways to use up the ugly papers, I love it ❤ thanks for sharing your creativity and talent Hugs xx
Ok, first, this is my favorite collab ever. I love doing this with you and im so glad we are back at it. Second, I love all the different ways you used the patterned papers. Altering them was genius. And yay for remembering to stamp the inside before adding the card front. ♡♡♡
I just started making embellishments with my "ugly" paper too. I like to make layered flowers, you really cant see the pattern, just colors. Pretty card from eyeballs, might have been cute Halloween paper tee hee.
They definitely make great embellishments and it's a great way to use those "ugly" papers up. I have that eyeball looking paper in an orange with purple/green eyeball/dot looking things... You may see it pop up on my channel closer to Halloween. 😂

They go by several different names Chuckie tool, smoosher, stamp glider, stampin' bug, platform pressure tool, etc. It's just a device that helps you provide more even pressure when stamping with a stamp positioner. Some people use dry erase board erasers, air hockey pushers, make their own with various items and put felt on the bottom to make them slide across the platform or there are several companies that make them and you can purchase from them.
Loved your ideas and tips, Amanda, plus your final card outcome was beautiful! Thank you for sharing… great collab!!🎉🤩👍🏾
Thanks, Gwen! So glad you loved the tips and the final card. Thanks for watching. ❤️
Great ways to turn the 'ugly' papers into prettier 💕 And what a beautiful card! Happy to see you back collaborating with Renee 🤗
Thank you, Bory! I'm glad we are doing our collabs again too. Happy you enjoyed the video and the card. ❤️

Putting the tape on the table sticky side up and putting the dies on it might be easier for you when lining up nesting dies.
Great idea! Thanks for the tip!

I seem to have lots of ugly paper
That's ok. I do too! I hope collab gave you some ideas to use it up.
What was the round thing in your hand that you used to press and rub over your Misti?

@@RiseandProcraftinate Thanks! My hands have issues. I used the hockey paddle suggestion and just ordered from Amazon. Thank you ❣️
You're welcome! I have hand issues too. So, I can totally relate. Hope that makes life easier for you.
