    Hello! Very nicely built, both the burner and the add-on ventilation fins. I would make one suggestion: put in additional ducting to bring fresh air from the outside instead of using the air that is already in the workshop.

    Ahoj Oto, v prvé řadě díky za perfektní návod, jak postavit olejová kamna s nuceným vháněním vzduchu. Už dlouho jsem nad těmito přemýšlel, naše atmosferické jsou totiž závislé na dobrém tahu komína, což je v hluboce zaříznutém údolí docela problém. Kamna jsme dle Tvého návodu postavili, hoří pěkně, nekouří, ovšem mají malý výkon. Použili jsme silnostěnou rouru výšky 1,2m a průměru 360mm. Díry v jeklu 60x60 4mm, výška ode dna 120mm , ventilátor ze Škody 1000MB. Máš naprostou pravdu (jak jsem se dočetl v diskusi), že na množství oleje v kamnech v podstatě nezáleží. Máme tedy slabý ventilátor? Opravdu udělá větší množství vháněného vzduchu velkou změnu výkonu? Apropo, regulace otáček je super, to mě ale ještě čeká. Díky moc za odpověď. Vašek

    • @vaclavhnizdil5247
      @vaclavhnizdil5247 5 лет назад +1

      Odpovím si sám: ano, výkon ventilátoru (množství vháněného vzduchu) v podstatě rozhoduje o výkonu kamen. Máme čtyři rychlosti ventilátoru, což bohatě stačí a kamna jedou ke vší spokojenosti. Nejlepší je, že jim nevadí ani 7m dlouhý, takřka vodorovný, kouřovod. Kamna nehouří, z komínu jde pouze horký vzduch. Čistit je stačí cca jednou za 30h. provozu, nicméně skoro nic k čištění v nich stejně není.

    • @meandmyRC99
      @meandmyRC99 6 лет назад

      Yea, I would like to see that too. The way it looks, the oil must come up from the bottom, but maybe not. Most use a pan of some sort, but this appears to go right into the bottom of the cylinder. Not sure, but that flame is awesome. All I need is 2k more in tools and I can use my "free" oil, lol. I do want to make something, but unfortunately it won't be as slick as that.

      yes robert i paid enough attention to that minute 2:04 you can see the communicating feed tube, and at minute 5:55 it is clearly just one hole at the bottom, so it is not a drip feed system, it is simple yet effective, the dripping is done elsewhere outside the burning chamber maybe at the side hanging square vessel

      As far as i can tell the pipe down the middle does nothing but force air into the chamber. The oil level in the bottom of the drum is controlled via nozzle or valve. Only way to control the flow is turn it up or down. You know how much you need by watching it for a while.

      Oil comes on the bottom of the chamber, when heated up it evaporates and doesn't burn until comes in to contact with a fresh supply of air, that's why you can see it burns like it works on gas.

  • @skulz1974

    • @nirodper
      @nirodper 5 лет назад

      The oil pools in the bottom, the high temperature inside vaporizes it and the gases mix with the air that comes through the holes in the square section pipe where it burns. The fact that the air injection holes are on the corners makes the air rotate as it hits the walls making a nice cyclone which improves flow and mixing for an efficient combustion

A few things I need your response to please. 1- How deep do you keep the oil level in the bottom of the burner ? 2- How high above the oil in the bottom of the burner is the horizantal part of square metal combustion air tubing (distance between top of oil and bottom of the horizantal square tubing) ? 3- What is the overall hight of the unit ? 4 - What all does the electronic box do ? 5 - What kind of oil are you burning ? 6 - What is the diameter of the main burner tube ? Thanks for your help with these details.

      4. Downscaling 230V AC - 12V DC cause of airfan.
      5.Doesn´t matter... Used motor oil, frying oil

    PS: dno kamen je rovné, olej přitéká ze spod jak u vás a jekl s dírkami mám 10cm ode dna.

      Vodorovné žebrování je z důvodu nuceného proudění vzduchu a není nabodované, ale přivařené v místě největšího tepla, které vychází z hořáku aby se mohl materiál roztahovat a nebortil se výměník. Teplota přefukovaného vzduchu je kolem 90°C a teplota na výměníku a žebrování se pohybuje 450-550°C v závislosti na kvalitě paliva. Proto mám nucené proudění vzduchu.

    How often do you have to clean out the burn chamber?

    • @otavapno3507
      @otavapno3507  7 лет назад

      It depends on purity of oil. Usually after 10l (3days). Just scraper and vacuum cleaner. :)

    Zdravim Vas.Pekna praca.Chcel by som sa opytat asi aku to ma spotrebu oleja za jeden den priblizne na min az strednom vykone...cca?

    • @otavapno3507
      @otavapno3507  6 лет назад

      Na min cca 1l -hod na max což používám nejvíce 1.5- až 2l -hod hodně záleží na hustotě,pochopitelně čím řidší tím vyšší spotřeba,ale i vyšší teplota.

      multumesc ! cam atat am apreciat si eu. aveam doar nevoie de o confirmare. pot sa spun ca este un design bun care functioneaza foarte bine ; consumul de combustibil in raport cu performantele este ok. eu am undeva in jur de 2 - 2.5 l/h pentru a obtine 15 grade celsius intr-o hala din tabla neizolata termic cu suprafata de 50mp si inaltime de 4.5m, la -10 - 8 grade afara.

    Zdravím Oto.
    Super hořák. Dnes jsem dokončil výrobu podobného podle tvé předlohy, ale výsledky nemám stejné jako ty. Mohl bys mi prosím tě upřesnit nějaké detaily, jako je výška hladiny oleje, výška vzduchovodu nad hladinou a jestli všechny dírky musí být opravdu 3,8mm.
    Budu Ti velmi vděčný za každou informaci.
    P.S. Myslíš že by to mohlo fungovat, kdyby to mělo dvojplášť a byla by v něm voda?

    • @otavapno3507
      @otavapno3507  7 лет назад +1

      Zdar BOBO co se týče hladiny oleje mě to hoří při 1cm ,až 4cm úplně stejně strašně záleží na teplotě oleje ,aby se mohl dobře odpařovat . Hořák mám kolem 12cm nad dnem .Dírky v hořáku mohou být třeba4mm je to odzkoušeno i na jiných kamnech .A pokud jde o dvojplášť tak nech spodek jako výparník zhruba 15 až 20 cm aby si zajistil zplynováni oleje . Každopádně to funguje samozřejmostí je pojištovák tlaku čerpadlo atd.jo a taky dobře svářet .mnoho zdaru a pošli video zdraví Ota.

    Can someone please tell me how is oil refined into fuels? First you heat the oil then is refined at a certain temperature? By any chance do you know if there is an easy way better then refining how you can turn oil to fuels or is that the only process?

    • @otavapno3507
      @otavapno3507  7 лет назад +1

      By heating any oil are created vapors, that in mix with air gets high flamabile. It´s realy that simple.

    • @sigglass2183
      @sigglass2183 7 лет назад

      I think the vapors get condensed into a liquid at a certain degree? Is that correct?

      I know it is hard to set fire on a tree with a match. I gotta break it down to smaller peices of wood.
