I'm an engineering student and I practice English every day . I dream of being C2 . Thanks for your videos . It's very helpful what you have done guys.
When I'm gonna have my first call center interview I gonna to take this video as an example cuz what emma said is related to my experience so thanks again and blessings from above
It was amazing guys, please keep it up, I'm looking forward to watching more videos like this, because I also don't have experience at all and I'm too afraid of interviews
I used to watch this Channel all the time and I learned a lot from you guys and I'm so grateful that I found this channel of yours so thank you for sharing a knowledge to us.🙂
i am 15 years old and ive been learning english cuz i would like working in a call center in the future so i enjoy watching those videos ,thanks very much youre the man
it incredible how long i°v been watching your videos even though i°ve got some custumer service experience but i wanna say you´re the best guys and i wanna thank you for taking your time to teach people like me that love inglish and i was looking for ideas to be able to pass an interview.
Suddenly I was in a training for one link bpo. Badly I couldn't pass in the term-period interview, so I felt about it so sad, but it was an amazing experience. I learnt a lot and also watching your videos guys, you're amazing.
Thank you for these videos you had unpload about interviews it really help me a lot, so much that I got a job already, god bless you and keep doing this we really aprecciate it
The last time I tried to apply for a call center job they told me I should improve my English, just because I made 1 mistake. Human resources here in my country are very demanding. I know that my English is good enough, but they are always looking for candidates with a perfect English.
Thanks for dropping a comment, and we wish you the best of luck. I for one, I am more than sure that you will pass the interview. Regarding the nervousness, do not worry. That's pretty normal. As humans we cannot escape anxiety. As you saw in this video my peer Emmanuel (playing the role of an applicant) tried to take ownership of the interview, and that's exactly what you have to do. Try to speak as much as you can, so that your interviewer doesn't have the time to bombard you with a lot of questions.
Excuse me, first of all I wanna thank you alot for your wonderful work, although Let's just say i am Excellent in English, but really I 've learned alot from you. Then please accept my order that is to make more vedios about job interview especially for "call center representive" Also, I would like vedios talk about words, expressions, terms related to call center. I really appreciate every single moment you put here in order to help us get through any difficult situation related to English. ♥️♥️" from Egypt"
Do you have any method or something to learn more phrasal verbs? , You both use a lot, it would be super helpful to me if you can recommend me anything. Thanks so much
Now I want to see this same video but with Joshua being the interviewee and in the character of the newbie. PD. This video have an ads in 4:23 jajaja In the next video send regards to Nicaragua 🇳🇮 🙏🏼
@@HipronarySchool Wow thanks for answering personally you are great. And that is the best character in the world, the newbie Joshua jaja 🤣😀, in addition to learning, I spend it laughing because I identify myself. Greetings brothers of the Hipronary family, Joshua and Emanuel and hopefully the greeting to Nicaragua will be included in the dialogue 😁. Blessings
"Pink elephant in the room" es un idiom que significa el gran problema o el tema controversial de una situación en particular. Point out significa señalar algo o hacer mención de algo en específico.
It's important to see the interviewer while you are talking to him right ? What about that guys haha I would to be practicing with you anytime Is there any possibility of ?
Most of the companies nowadays are not giving an opportunity if you don't fulfill all their requirements for the job. Companies want only people fully trained on the job & Dont want to give the chance to new employees to learn on the spot. That is so wrong and unfair. You can be missing excellent and dedicated hard working people but by missing a couple of skills you preferred to just throw away their resume. 😩
Had an interview today. Answered the questions fine but botched the scenario because I have no clue what to ask if I can't see any sort of account info 😅. So he asked what would I do in my other customer service experience and I was able to respond to that just fine.
Dear Joshua, does it pay off to pay 120 bucks for an online customer service skills certificate? As a recruiter would you see that as a big advantage if the applicant spend money on a week long training? Thank you for your videos and keep up your awesome work!

In my experience it does.
Nonetheless, you have to make sure that the coach, course or training is totally recommended.
