I eventually tried too many times to apply as a call center agent, but due to my pronouncation I got failed, I'm bisaya ang my tone is very strong that's the main problem for me. I also get nervous everytime I have an interview and my mind went block after hearing the interviewer question and I don't know how to start to answer. But I'm so eager to be part of this job so badly..
My greatest weakness in a call center agent interviews is the out of the box question, because it is just like the questions on a pageant, for example if your given a chance to have power what power would you like to have and why? Or if your going to sell a pencil for the amount of 10000 how are you going to sell it to the customer without giving them a hesitation to try another brand?

because of my educational attaintment, i did applied last 2019 at Alorica. They didn't hire me because i was a Senior high school undergraduate. She told me, it's better for me to graduate first. It hurts but all of my colleagues are there. All i did is to cry and cry and accept the fact.

I was interviewed yesterday and the questions are totally way different. I need to answer three questions and these are the ff: 1. What is good in being a virgin? 2. What is your stand about catholic faith? 3. What are your thoughts about virtual assistant. So i want you all to get ready as well to those unpredictable questions. Luv u, btw i didn't passed it.
not a hater here but please refrain from saying "thats all" everytime you end your sentence. it will sound robotic to the interviewer. its better speak spontaneously rather than sounding scripted. just my two cents. thanks
Precisely! He's really reading notes and even not pronouncing the words properly but pretty much focus open ended questions/answer without highlighting the reasoning skill which is the most frequent... I don't think he would pass initial interview to well-known companys/accounts.

I eventually tried too many times to apply as a call center agent, but due to my pronouncation I got failed, I'm bisaya ang my tone is very strong that's the main problem for me. I also get nervous everytime I have an interview and my mind went block after hearing the interviewer question and I don't know how to start to answer. But I'm so eager to be part of this job so badly..

My greatest weakness in a call center agent interviews is the out of the box question, because it is just like the questions on a pageant, for example if your given a chance to have power what power would you like to have and why? Or if your going to sell a pencil for the amount of 10000 how are you going to sell it to the customer without giving them a hesitation to try another brand?

because of my educational attaintment, i did applied last 2019 at Alorica. They didn't hire me because i was a Senior high school undergraduate. She told me, it's better for me to graduate first. It hurts but all of my colleagues are there. All i did is to cry and cry and accept the fact.
My greatest weakness is that i am very focus when it comes to my job as much as possible i dont want to fail. Even though failure is inevitable i make sure i do my job very well. Is this okay?

Well i did apply and passed the 1st interview but with the 2nd interview i stuttered like hell. So now i'm scared to apply again cause i might stutter hahaha but i'm going to try again. Not always smooth sailing at first.

for now because of the pandemic its hard to go out. in order to apply in such as call center im just relaying in online interview but most of the call center company they just posting and posting and never reply. the tips that you gave is really helpfull thou .
I was interviewed yesterday and the questions are totally way different. I need to answer three questions and these are the ff:
1. What is good in being a virgin?
2. What is your stand about catholic faith?
3. What are your thoughts about virtual assistant.
So i want you all to get ready as well to those unpredictable questions. Luv u, btw i didn't passed it.

not a hater here but please refrain from saying "thats all" everytime you end your sentence. it will sound robotic to the interviewer. its better speak spontaneously rather than sounding scripted. just my two cents. thanks
Precisely! He's really reading notes and even not pronouncing the words properly but pretty much focus open ended questions/answer without highlighting the reasoning skill which is the most frequent... I don't think he would pass initial interview to well-known companys/accounts.

@@bevsoca2727 Just stop speaking if yo're done. If you are not speaking anymore, then your interviewer will know that you are already done with your answer.
Is there an age limit in applying for as a call center agent?
@@amaliaaquino9537 most companies do not have age requirements as long as youre fit for the job. (FYI 18 y/o is the minimum age per law)
