  • Do you feel shoulder pain or impingement❓Maybe you feel it during or after performing overhead presses❓
    If so, here’s a goodie for you 👆And if you aren’t experiencing this pain, regardless it’s a great strengthening exercise to stay proactive for long term health & happy shoulders 💪
    𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽1 :Attach a resistance band overhead and grab onto it with your right 🤚 arm.
    𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 2: Now step back away from the band, backward and to the left ⬅️
    𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 3: Pull your shoulder blade down ⬇️, and then pull up with your arm. This allows you to create that space and strength you need in order to avoid that that clicking, rubbing, or impinging feeling 🙌
    Basically this a good way to get going on stopping being in pain‼️
