Of all the lower body workouts you've ever posted, this one is by far my favorite one! I love how the warmup exercises were dynamic stretches and mobility exercises. I also loved the mix of heavy weights and bands, and the superset style where there were two back-to-back exercises followed by a short rest. And putting those burnout exercises at the end of the workout was great because I normally don't find those moves challenging but I could feel the burn doing them after all the weighted exercises. Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into this channel!
I love this workout format! 30 minutes dumbbell with either upper or lower body focused workouts hits that sweet spot. My legs are trembling, no joke. 😂 It feels great! Please do more of these!

So here is how I felt through this: - first set: I was done - second set: legs shaking and heavy breathing - third set: painful and the worst one out of those 3 sets - the last 2 exercises: I was surprised that there was still 2 sets of 2 exercises and those were more ok than the last 2 sets Thank you, I literally never had this much sweat after a workout in a really long time and I'm so happy I clicked on this video. For a week I felt weak mentally which affected my workout routine too, but with this account I really get myself doing more movement I'm am relieved and so thankful for that.
Maddie is such a great instructor; I get a little thrill of excitement when I see new workouts posted, and love the 30 minute format! No shouting, no loud, intrusive music, just great workouts and quiet motivation. Thanks, Maddie; looking forward to 2022 with you!

This is Moe (Maureen) and I agree that Maddie has definitely improved from back in the day when I tried her workouts. Did this one yesterday, loved it and will do again. Slower and more controlled as moves should be when lifting weights, unless you are doing a burnout. Will look to more of her videos and thank you Maddie for giving us these. Glad I stayed subscribed.

The format of this workout was fantastic. The 30 second breaks after each set, and the 1 minute break after each second Super Set were extremely helpful. I always appreciate when a warm-up and cooldown is included in a workout. I'm hoping there will be more 30-minute dumbbell workouts like this one. Thank you so much Maddie 💖.
I just discovered this gem of a workout!! It's a great leg/glute workout from start to finish. Being a quad dominant girl with tight hips, it's been hard to find a workout that hit all the muscle groups without overloading one and underloading others. This resulted in me either overtraining or undertraing my lower body and not making much progress in even basic strength. With the way I was trembling all over from about midway, I'd say this one got my whole legs working. And I was able to follow along the whole time even in that state!! I didn't get to work my glutes as much (I still felt them!) but I can tell it's because I need to strengthen the other muscles first. It's major to me to be able to notice that, which tells me that once I strengthen those other muscles, I will be able to work my glutes more. I think the hip openers/glute activation warm up did the trick. I finally have hope! Planning to do this 2-3 times a week. Can't wait to see how much stronger I will get in a month! 😊
After getting top surgery back in April, it's been a struggle bus to get back into exercising, and this is by far my favourite leg/booty video of yours! Thanks so much, Maddie, I'm going back to this one regularly. 😊 P.s. idk about anyone else, but I can't stand those work out vids where the instructors are all fake smiley and happy. This is my favorite lower body workout. I love the flow of Maddie’s workouts and the exercises which are clearly and concisely explained with perfectly timed breaks added in. The timer and beeping is very helpful to know when an exercise is almost ending that way I’m not looking at the timer the whole time. I like that I can anticipate the next exercise. I like that important cues are mentioned but she doesn’t talk the whole time so I can focus on own form and muscle recruitment. I like that it’s not hyped up with a lot of motivational monologues but rather just clear concise instruction, structure, and helpful cues. Doing exercises like these barefoot has helped strengthen my feet and improve my pronation. Overall I think these workouts are fantastic!

@@miryamhadchiti1130 Yes. I was already doing her Jan calendar prior to this, repeated it a few times. Got started upping my physical activity back in August, mostly with Maddie's videos. Also small diet changes, have gotten a lot of ideas from Abbey Sharp's channel on nutrition. I wanted to lose 10 lbs which I did and also gained more muscle definition but the best results have been the drastic sleep improvement and anxiety reduction which I wasn't expecting.
I have just started at the gym again and i follow these videos every day and am LOVING them! I mix between dumbbell ones and body weight ones and am working my way through them. I will definitely keep using them and can't wait to see the results!

I've been doing this workout for a few weeks and I can see some more definition already. The first time I did this, I was dying when it came time for the squat jumps but now they're my favorite. I really love your superset videos and the burnouts!

you need to eat a caloric surplus and adequate protein to gain muscle.

Omg that was intense 😵🔥 I'm fairly new still to working out, and this may have been slightly above my level - I could only do half of the end burner. I'm saving this, though, so that I can come back to it later and see how much I've improved. Thanks for having so many videos here on RUclips, working out at home is my only option and your channel is going to be a staple. :)

I've been doing this workout for a few weeks and I can see some more definition already. The first time I did this, I was dying when it came time for the squat jumps but now they're my favorite. I really love your superset videos and the burnouts!
