I can not tell you how much I love your channel. Thank you for the follow-up, I learn so much from you. I love your honesty and real info. I bought osmocote too but was not sure if I use liquid fertilizer only. I think I will try it. How often do you apply it and do you use it on all your plants? Also if you are in the Raliegh area and have not checked out Homewood nursery, please do. You will go crazy there - such great plant selection!!!!
Just a heads up, root rot is caused by a lack of oxygen, essentially suffocating the roots which is why it happens when over watering your plant. It can also happen when growing a plant in water I'd you don't change the water often enough, by changing it you add air back in and the roots can thrive. Understanding why it happens has really helped me!
I recently ordered a rooted albo node with a leaf and had the seller hold it until it warmed up here (which she so kindly obliged me, because it was below zero here for weeks.) she’s finally able to send it next week and she told me the node has awesome new growth since a few weeks ago and I’m so so excited for it to finally arrive. Fingered crossed!

Omg, how lucky you are to find a Varagated Monstera for so cheep- good job!!! I do believe the less chlorophyll a plant has the harder it is for it to make sugar that’s the slower it takes of water so you’re very airy pottingmix is a great idea couldn’t agree more! 💚💚💚

I would not lose hope with the second Monster…..those stems are super white! I found an Aurea within a large delisiosa. It had the fourth leaf unfurling when I found it, a half moon. Now it has a GORGEOUS 5 th leaf in my care and it’s a perfect heart shaped, fenestrated beautiful variegation on it 😅 And two more on the way! I’m going to start proprrgating right after these two leaves. Your plants are gorgeous! You do such a beautiful job

Now Ill have to check my thai for rot or maybe change up the fertilizer. Mine is growing but is almost the same size as when I bought it a few years ago. I get one leaf a year seems like.
Hey! Yes I would take it out of the pot and check the roots health. Maybe it’s roots are healthy but maybe root bound. That’s happened to with some of my plants that weren’t growing as much. And yes fertilizers helps a lot too!💚
