You need to have better UI on the apps guys. Maybe a way to have Figma templates or is Flutter as frontend an option?

Most interesting. Thanks. But how does the developer determine who gains access and uses the app in what capacity? Would there be a way to develop an app using a website with Google Sites "behind" a login user interface? Or is the general idea to move away from a traditional web interface with a front-end GUI connected to a back-end DB using scrips e g JS or JSON?
