Google Chat:-
1. Provide an option to send the Google map location/current location
2. Provide an option to create Polls without 3rd party application.
3. Provide an option to send Audio files or voice message.
4. Provide an option to mark a message like "Announcement" or "Important" while sending the message in order to get more audience attention.
5. Provide an option to "Pin" a message in the chat.
6. Provide an option to chat with yourself ( your own private chat with yourself ie self chat), So that we can send important message to yourself and we can easily refer in future.
7. Instead of whole search, provide an option to search items from a particular chat/Conversation.
8. Provide an option to view the "media,files, link shared" in a perticular chat. So it is easy to find out the things Instead of searching in whole chat.
9. Provide an option to forward a message to another person or to another group.
10. Provide an option to start Voice call from Google Chat instead of Video call(Meet video call)
11. Bring Google "Appsheet Automation" to Google Chat to automate some workflows like "Follow up on a message", "Schedule a reply", "Save a message to Google Keep", "Notify a team when a task/activity change status", "Analyze email and send result to Chat", "Create a task" etc.
12. Provide an option like broadcast messages from organization level.

Fix threads. 1.Need an easy way to create a thread without creating a message first.
2. Need a way to easily view threads. The current user experience is scattered and confusing. We are finding that employees are not realizing they have messages.
