Hello Mcbean. My husband in 2003 being a victim of robbery and shotted. At that’s time he don’t know he can apply for U Visa. Nobody tell him about U visa. The criminal is already serving time in prison. It’s possible to file this case to immigration court ?

My husband and I have been waiting 8 years for a greencard. We have had to get an annulment, remarried, put all applications in twice, go through removal proceedings for years, all to just get a letter stating he was taken out of removal proceedings, but now he has no anything. Immigration denied his work authorization and says he has no i485 . It is so exhausting all of what we have gone through.
