How To Send Emails to Specific Subscribers Using Groups In MailChimp

This video shows you how you can send to different subscribers using groups in your MailChimp list. If you have different people in your list that should get different emails based on their groups or categories, you will need to use some of the advanced audience settings in MailChimp. One question... Insted of putting group preference in the opt-in form, is it possible to add the group preferences on de body email? In other words, make the customer choose their interests in the welcome email? Thank you :)

Are you asking if you want the new subscribers to receive daily emails before completing the Welcome Series? I advise that everyone should complete the welcome series before getting your daily emails. And this is a good reason to use groups (as described in this video). Simply make sure nay new subscriber "groups" are not included in your campaign sending list.
