More info: Igor Presnyakov studied classical music at a nearby academy and would eventually graduate as both a guitarist and a conductor for ensembles. His unique acoustic guitar-style is influenced by various musical genres from Reggae, Rock and Roll, R&B, Country-western, Jazz and Heavy Metal. Igor also rarely sings any of the lyrics to any kind of song that he covers, and instead skillfully translates them into a guitar melody, having his instrument sing the words.

EVERYTHING about this cover is masterful. The exquisite timing, the subtle and tasteful ghost strums during certain sections between main strums, the use of space and artful silence, the gentleness / volume and control in the voicing, the wonderfully economical composition/finger placements, the accuracy of note strikes, the faithfulness to the original (not only its pace and layout, but also its feel)... gah, I love it so much. I am hopeful someday to be able to (re)create something this beautiful on guitar.

Igor is 'in the moment'. I pull faces when i play, too! When he pulls of an awesome sounding riff at 1:29 look at him smile. By 1.31 he is beaming because he just pulled off a sick sounding riff. This is what I love about the guitar. When the music flows out of you, you are standing on the highest spiritual mountain and everyone is beneath you...EVERYONE! Well done Igor!
