You are going to love the what the uprights do for the car. I drove Dallas car last year for national tour in packwood. What he has done to the evo suspension is amazing. Never thought an evo would turn in the way it does.

I was hoping you were getting 2 more TE37s to go with the 2 emergency TE37s you got lol. As common and overdone they are, I just love the TE37 and got some for myself.
Loving this build! Currently going through this process with my STI. Hopefully you see this, but my shop is partnered with carquest (advanced auto), the new moog bearings are garbage. We have sent back 4/5 as defective within a year of use. Pickup the carquest premiums advanced auto carries. The body is thicker resulting in more weight, but the heat resistance and bearing life on them is great! Those moogs probably won't last 4 track days from what I've been seeing sadly.
Abs sensor i found easier to remove if you soak it, and tap it out from the inside of the hub with a 14mm socket on an extension. Makes removing it a lot smoother
There is a company that offers ceramic low friction bearings for the evos now called Pro Bearing. It is an absolute crazy difference to OEM you will actually notice how easy the car rolls which is odd.
it would also be interesting to see how each ben prepares for the races physically and mentally, now that their cars are all coming together nicely. tall ben is done with the sweet evo, and short ben's civic is almost done :)
I'm curious how that could work? I know catch cans can pull excess crap from the crank case vapors, but how would help that issue - two cans allowing for greater volume of vapor flow?
I'll see if I can link to the 2 guides I used for understanding the PCV system of turbo vehicles (they're what I'm basing this off of and how I learned). One is for DSM cars (4G63 primarily) and the other is for my home platform of the mazdaspeed3's MZR engine. There are some differences of opinion, especially on external vents but how the system works is basically the same
Hey, that actually worked! Anyway basically there's 2 connections air flows in a PCV system. His current setup IIRC links both sides together into one can which can cause some problems (the Damond motorsports one goes over why and what) and might be why the quart of oil gets dumped into the can within a few laps
Evo 4ife. Win or lose, the dang car is a legend. The evo has been handing out "L" on track to the competitors for decades. GTRs and Supras are no match for this 4banger. Pound for pound 4g63 is king.

Run under different classes so you can maximize the amount of silverware you can take home. 2 wins is better than a Win + Second.

Have you looked into a new catch can setup for the car? A dual can setup could quite possibly solve the oil dump problem with the accusump
