They’re closing Family Dollar stores. They own Dollar Tree.
Dollar Tree is doing fine, it's their dollar general that is screwing them up. And they raised the prices of drinks at one of the stores I go to. The one that got remodeled and has 5 self checkouts.

🤣😂 OMG The pineapple! My best friend bought a pineapple necklace not knowing what that signaled to others and she got approached by a dude she works with!! I about died. She could not figure out why this dude kept taking her to lunch to talk about how amazing his wife is. She asked and he hit on her and she was confused so he said "well, you are wearing a pineapple necklace". If ever I was going to piss myself laughing I about did that day! 😂🤣

Ok! I am an assistant manager. There is going to be 3 price points at DOLLAR TREE PLUS ITEM. We are a small store. We don’t have the DOLLAR TREE PLUS. We may get some randomly but not like the Dollar Tree Plus stores. Stores that DO NOT have Dollar Tree plus won’t go up. But it it does go up, you have the choice to buy it.

I'm gonna be honest. Since Dollar Tree thinks their customers are so rich and need tk raise prices I am going to 5 Below. I'm too poor for their rich customers lol. Honestly though I made my kids easter baskets from things I bought at walmart. Everything was cheaper per item at Wal-Mart than it was at Dollar Tree. The basket at Walmart was $1.24. All the candy was $1.00 each.

@mariafentis yeah I hope so . I'm 50 and been going there since I was in grade school. Was soo sad to hear that but not surprised because always seems to happen when they raise prices. Remember Susie's deal raised there prices and not long after that they went outta business.
That is exactly what I heard the other day. They said the average Dollar Tree shopper makes $125,000 a year. I don't know where they came up with that figure, but I don't even make a third of that.
Amazon or target is where they go.

I literally just got back from DT before I saw this video and saw the drink pouches. When I lived in Seoul 10 years ago they sold adult beverages in these right on the street. So for me they are nostalgic 😂😂I bought four packages for camping this year 😊😊😊
I have a different wide tooth comb from DT that I always use in the shower with conditioner. It’s part of the curly girl method.

Your $ stores are always fully stocked, organized, well lit, and clean. Mine is empty, dirty, poorly lit, and hella warm. With only one register open. They also have to put you on hold, in line, to go do the balloon section. They only have 5 carts and you have to pay .25¢ to get a cart.

Here's a tip..freze..the juce pouch..then take it on a picnics .or games
you have to use a tealight candle in those, the taller candles are not a good idea because the flame is too close to the top and will burn the wax warmer 13:15

Cute comb and great for use in the shower or with de-tangler on kids. For years, I had curly hair. Combing conditioner through it in the shower worked great--and the wide teeth didn't break the hair. I also used "No More Tangles" on my baby sister with a big comb--so it didn't hurt. That was 46 or 47 years ago. She still remembers sitting on that bar stool, while I (15 years older) did her hair.
Lol, the candle warmer is supposed to burn nothing but tealights on the bottom. You put wax melts on the top which you can find pretty much everywhere usually in cubes packaged 6 or 8 to a package. You just break off one, place on the top and let the tealight on the bottom melt it. Can be melted again or scraped out and replaced with a different scent. I really love them because of the variety of scents available (which also change with certain seasons) and the fact that tealights only burn for about 2 hours before going out. Dollar Tree also has them for 6 in a package for #1.25. Anyway, love your channel. You always make me laugh, lol.

You can also brush your hair before you get in the shower and it helps keep the tangles out when you're done and go to brush your hair after you get out
I was in the Dollar Tree nearest to me yesterday. The store looked great. For the first time in years it was clean and well stocked. Maybe if they had been doing this in all their stores sooner they would be in a better position now and not need to raise prices, or shoppers would see a store that could maintain itself and draw in a better customer base and higher prices wouldn’t feel so offensive.
Family Dollar is notorious for having staff that is difficult to deal with. No doubt that is partially because management will only pay for one employee to work at a time. It seems it might be a better plan to gradually change Family Dollar’s stock over to Dollar Tree Plus stock and leave DT alone.
The new Summer Season items are nice. They’ve got a great selection and they are fun.
The summer items are really cute and seem like they’re nicer quality. I had dropped my neighbor at the grocery store and before I finished looking around DT she was on the phone complaining that she didn’t want to wait. I will go again in another town where I go to the eye doctor and see how that store looks.

I have 2 of the combs one I take to the beach and one in the shower and my hair is very thin and I love this comb it doesn’t pull out my hair.
The USB charging blocks at DT are a steal. I got as many as I could find for my over night bag so I don’t forget one. They work just fine. Now that we don’t get charging blocks with all our devices it seems like I never have one when I need one. I also got the bling ring for around my car start button

The thing is, you have to offer FREE shipping... and if you know anything about the cost... well, there goes much of your profit. It's what happened to me selling in eBay. Shipping costs KILLED us as sellers.
I bought the lemon and watermelon cups and use them along with a smoothie straw to take smoothies or boba with me on a walk. I love them. You gotta wear them like a necklace tho bc the strap isnt long enough for crossbody

I just came home from Dollar Tree and the Supermarket and I didn't go to my own Tree I checked out another one and it didn't have anything and it was filthy. Look I asked my Daughter who is a District Manager at Dollar Tree and she said that $7 is going to be the highest sale point she said every thing that is $1.25 will stay at that price so people really need to quit friking out. She understands what everyone is saying but unless you want them to go out of business you need to understand that they are already giving you things like makeup at $1.25 and it cost more every where else.

The drink pouches would be good at swap meets to sell drinks in. Legal drinks but people are going to spend money for easy to fill, easy to carry drinks! I got some of the bottles with the little diamond shaped tops in a purplish color and they are gorgeous!!!
