I was so close to having a lucid dream! I was near a lake or ocean and it was very vivid. To have a lucid dream you should look at the small details of something it really helps!
Also another tip that helped me personally, was to start with guided meditations. They tell you exactly what to do and usually your mind will wander less when there is someone giving instructions. Like headspace has the free guided meditations for beginners i highly recommend them! Great video!

(also in capture app) other than that i just made myself believe before going to bed that im for sure going to lucid dream tonight and i kept saying it. Basically i just unconcsiously decided that im gonna know when im dreaming and it worked first try. You just gotta believe in yourself ;)

Same tho I was never able to control it even tho I was aware I was dreaming. They used to scare me to when I was younger cause they would always end with me falling with nothing but darkness all around me until I landed in my bed and woke up with my heart racing

I highly recommend Wim Hoff meditation to your viewers. You’re way more likely to get physical sensations and I’m pretty confident the lucid dream community would appreciate that. I’ve been meditating for 20 years and only just discovered Wim Hoff and can’t believe how much better it is than all the other stuff. when i meditate at bed I thinked to try falling aslep while meditation I was siting there and meditating in bed for more then 15 minutes then started having sparkly lights behaind my eyes then I had clips it was like I was watching video slide show Btw is it possible to maketthe clips a lucid dream?

Is it possabile to go into sleep Paralisis from first trying to go to sleep like (10-11 for example) if you can, then can you go to a vivid lucid dream from first sleeping, instead of doing wakeing up during REM?

Hey can you explain something to me? I am trying the wild technique. It works, but I always end up in my bedroom. I am always in the same position. I see the hypnogogic images and I focus on my breathing. As soon as I lucid dream, everything goes super dark. Even when there was a little bit of light in my room. Everything just goes dark in my dream and I can’t move. I can tell that I am dreaming because I always feel like as if I am drugged. I That is another issue. I struggle to leave my bed. Whenever I am in a dream, I am always in my bedroom, therefore I have a blanket covering me. I struggle to take the blanket off of me because I struggle to move. I can move, but It feels limited. It feels like as if I am drugged. I feel weak. I can’t leave my bed. Can anyone explain this to me?

Your mind can't create what it has never seen. You could make a city or a place that doesn't exist and put any detail you thought of into it but it would be made only of things you have seen before.

Then halfway on the video I got an ad by the same person saying if I am trying to learn a techinc to lucid dream, I should stop, because it's the worst way to lucid dream.
