There are some really important things you NEED to practice if you want to lucid dream every night or at least several times per week. Watch this video and take notes so that you can get started right away. The sooner you begin practicing these steps, the better. Lucid dreaming takes time to master and it's good to know all the proper steps to follow so that you can maximize your chances of succeeding.

This video talks about DILD, or dream induced lucid dreaming. Basically, it's when something in your dream causes you to become lucid; usually when something is out of place. Normally when this happens you don't think much about it and you move on with your dream, but the steps in this tutorial will teach you how to train your brain into questioning the dream world so that you become instantly lucid whenever something weird happens.
I also talk about dream signs and how you can use them to trigger lucid dreams, along with some other great techniques you can use to have your first lucid dream. Don't know if you'll respond but I woke up this morning after I had a dream that I have every once a year it seems and I controlled the dream but the thing is I couldn't feel or have it seem like actually happening and it wasn't that vivid. On the second half of the dream I kind of half awake and it goes to third person and I still kind of control but I can just pull myself out of sleep any moment. Is there any tips that can help grounding in the complete lucid dream you're on an accidental dream you're aware of?

I had a dream that i was on a walk with my brother and we saw an angel. Also i fell into a ditch 3 times. Then our neighbour drived in that ditch with a tractor. He is about 10 yrs old. Totally normal, why would i question it?

It happened, it finally happened, I'm so excited! Funny thing is, I dreamt I was in my room when I performed the finger counting reality check. The dream almost broke down but I remembered to stabilize it before continuing any further.

My first Lucid Dream was INCREDIBLE! I got to dress up like one of my favorite Wrestlers (The Original Sheik)! I had a FIRE STAFF as a WEAPON! I got to burn one of my Nightmares to death along with their hideout! I even got to make the flames on the fires staff DANCE! It was AWESOME!!! I never felt so POWERFUL and ALIVE! I felt like nothing and nobody could hurt me or anything! I no longer felt SCARED! I felt STRONG! I was the BOSS! Thank you for this video! AND NOW...! I CAN HAVE MORE LUCID DREAMS!

Actually, no. But I do know that when I wake up from a dream then go back to bed, it's more vivid and I can remember it (I just didn't try to become lucid before)
I might try that technique eventually, but sometimes it's hard for me to fall asleep if something woke me up 🙃

Dreaming is important. We need it to vent our lives. Things we couldn't process properly during the day, we do during the night and anything related to stimulating the dreaming part of our brain will .... well, stimulate it. Could be development in the womb too or your wiring in general. I think at least. But so far, dreaming helps us have meaning to our thoughts and experiences. Some are universal, like losing your teeth or going to work naked and confused.
but yes, the more conscious we become of our subconscious, the more we can control. The more we know, the less scary it becomes but also... sometimes, it becomes boring or too normal.

Finally got my first lucid dream tonight. I was in the middle of a dream when for some reason I decided to look at my hand. My fingers were green and I realized it was dreaming. Then, I told my friends that I was dreaming and I instantly woke up.
Anyway, the second time I fell asleep I also remembered about reality checks. I did one and found my hand with little black dots on it, one on each finger. I remembered to not tell people I was dreaming and walked towards my friends. One of them was super impressed when I made spikes come out of the ground and flew around, but the others acted like it was a normal occurrence. I tried to summon my subconscious in human form because I was bored, but that woke me up. I’m glad I finally did it.
