Greetings from Royal Oak Michigan! Thank you for this tour, Jack. It’s a mental mini vacation 🌴! You are such an artist and an inspiration to others. Love seeing those favorite PW annuals down south, too!
Better late than never. This is lovely landscaping and I love the Royal Palms and the triple palm, "School of Fish" walkway path, and the color of your shirt, Jack! Perfect day for me to come see with temps below zero here in IL. Thanks for warming the soul! 🌞🙌 Merry Christmas! 🙏
Just what was needed on this gloomy, chilly day - a tropical blast from Jack! Loved that beautiful fish walkway and all those AquaPots. Were the large fish planters also AquaPots? Those are very beautiful as well. Thanks so much for sharing Jack. Stay well and Merry Christmas!
Beautiful and breathtaking property. I love all of it. I am a huge fan of a nice clean edges along the flower beds and I have to say that this property looks like it has the sharpest edges ever! Merry Christmas and wishing you and your family all the very best in 2023. 🇨🇦
I LOVE the fish shaped tiles in the walkway. Just a lovely touch of fun to put in a walkway leading to water. I'd put another walkway with those same tiles on the other side of the house too. I love the Aqua Pots on the deck posts. They add a nice splash of color higher up for the eye to see especially if you're on the water.
What a glorious property design! It so ups the ante and creates a resort style look! So jealous you work in Florida in winter and North in summer! You've got it made Jack! Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Happy holidays and merry Christmas, just east of Tampa, here. Thanks for the tour and for making all those northern people jellie of our Fl weather! (Just don’t move here! Lol!) Can’t wait to see the refresh. Ps..I like the yellow X…plant better also
💕🌴great vlog walkthrough on a just gorgeous design! The fish brickwork actually looks like fish scales when you look from a distance - so cool! Also nice that you are thoughtful on what types of plants work well in both Florida and Michigan climates! Merry Christmas!
This was so helpful, we have a home that was my in laws in Florida . The landscape leaves alot to be desired. But not being from the area I need to learn what does best , and has slow growth. Love the fish tile walkway !
Thank you for taking the time to explain all the different plants and that hedge of Taiwanese Ixora is especially beautiful. Those palms are so cool, don't see those up north. Happy Holiday's to you and yours.

Merry Christmas from Missouri. NO snow but very chilly. Love the fish walk way and the Mexican pebble edge boxwoods. Gotta try that here. When you have shrubs annuals that are drought tolerant please pass that information along as I am now looking for drought tolerant plants due to lack of rain for several years.
I’m envious this property seems to not have lost much of their landscaping. I have a home mid island that was completely surrounded by water. Many of our plants were brown when we left in November. We return in January and will see if anything is salvageable.
Have you done a video on how the aqua pots work? When you plant a new annual, the roots are at the top and the water is at the bottom, so I don’t understand how the water gets to the roots of a new plant.
Great video, as usual. Also love your salmon-coloured shirt. Only real men can wear salmon lol. As a northerner I would love you to explain someday the difference between the look of a palm tree vs a coconut tree. Merry Christmas to you and your family! 🇨🇦❤️
Jack, what do you do to keep weeds from growing in the stone? Not only sprouting up, but from seeds dropped on top. I hate to spray roundup on my rocks, but I'm at a loss of what else to do! Thanks PS I just have a small cottage in South Bama on the Gulf...nothing like this grand beautiful place :)
You gotta spend some of this ad revenue and ladscaping money on a lavalier microphone. Wireless so that way we can hear you clearly all the time as you walk around.
No-! It means we’ll be doing more of them!! I sold the “crew” portion of things… but am still doing the large project design/management and many more all over the country-- we’ve been real busy- but- I promise- we have many videos planned and in store soon~~ :)
Thank you! Agree with previous comment: a mini mental vacation!!!! ❤😁
Beautiful property and landscaping good job
Love the school of fish walkway leading you down to the waterway and boat! Brilliant! Love the touch.
Your friend from Montana. We are getting ready for arctic weather lol. Love your work!!
I love all the tropicals. Inspiration for my New York Garden.

Please ask camera person to zoom in as I would have loved to see the fish in walkway! Happy holidays!
Surprised to not see more color, will you show us what you addas you rework the flood damage?
Ty!!

What is that lime green under planting to the Ruby Cordyline? 🤩🤩🤩

More videos please!
Love the video! What is the green leaf plant behind the Ruby Cordyline?
Lady palm

Nice. Please consider a microphone.
I usually have one! We couldn’t find it before we filmed this lil tour~ next Vids for sure!
Thought you weren’t supposed to put a lot of dirt around tree roots.
Hi Jack. I see your grammies house sold. Will you keep taking care of the property?
Where are you? Need a new video.
Coming soon!!
minute 4:08 "I really like using podocarpus"
Jack, you need to wear a mic, please.
Yes, great video but the sound is super sketchy.
I usually do~~ sorry! We couldn’t find it before this lil tour-!

I’m devastated that you sold your business on the island. Does this mean you won’t be making videos there any more?🥲
