Wow Jack! What incredible vision you have! It seems so overwhelming to manage all these areas and bring them together cohesively. You are a landscaping design genius! Bravo! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
👍👍Excellent land scape design, homeowners are very lucky to have you. I learnt a lot of things from you ( above video ), Thank you very very much , from Mysore, India 🙏🙏
Greetings from SE Wisconsin. Makes me want to get out there and start new projects. But now we are heading into October, so I will enjoy the dahlias for now. Thanks for the beautiful tour. Another terrific job.
Hi Jack!! Tell me.....what do you eat to fuel that brain of yours!!!!! I saw the before picture of this property and if it were me.....I would have ran away from it!!!! However you......... could see an unbelievable vision!!! This job is amazing to say the least!!! I so look forward to seeing the finished landscape and I hope you go back in 3 years when everything fills in beautifully and do another video!!! Have a great day!! :)
The homeowners were so smart to choose you to make their home landscaping so beautiful. Love that you shared with us. Gave me some great ideas that I can incorporate on a tiny scale in my gardens. Absolutely love your designs and your joy in the work you do.
What a great project! The house is beautiful and the landscape compliments it perfectly. I love how Jack explains the structures behind (underneath) the design and softscape. I am not a fan of the curvy lines, but it looks like the hardscape is installed very professionally. Do the clients ever need plowing in the winter? Even summer residents normally have their properties cleared of snow. How do the gravel driveway and green joints hold up with snow plowing and shoveling? ❄️❄️❄️
Jack, this whole project is just glorious! I don’t know how you envision these projects but kudos man for that brilliant imagination you have. I so enjoy your videos, so please, keep them coming!
This might be my favorite Jack landscape ever! I like how he emphasized keeping natural and low maintenance. And the house and setting beyond words. All the flagstone pavers…
Absolutely stunning! The hardscape amazes me that it does not look overpowering with all the magnificent landscaping. Thank you and the homeowners for sharing this video.
An artist at work! So many cool features! The stonework is stunning! Love the birch trees ❤cannot wait to see the meadow plantings!Thank you Jack for sharing this with us!
Incredible seems a bit weak of a descriptive word for this home and gardens. Goodness gracious, Jack!, you've outdone yourself with this one. You should be very proud and the owners should be very honored to have you in charge. Absolutely stunning. Those stone masons are so in point and yes, studs is a good word for them. Cant wait to see it later this fall when everything has had a chance to get settled and start filling in a bit. You are so gifted!
If you love great landscaping how can you not find Jack's work enthralling. How cool is it to hear about these epic installations of stone/boulders. These homeowners are like the shoguns of old japan.🙂🙂
I love your “natural” attention to detail! I love the stump to hide the well…such beautiful natural landscapes! I’m always inspired after watching one of your video’s and am now catching myself using magical and whimsical when discussing my landscape 😀
So incredibly beautiful! You have so much talent and it is obvious that a lot of hard work went into this! I really hope you give a lot of updates on this property.... Well done!
Wow, the vision it takes to do a project like this! Truly only special people can make it look this good. :-) (Hey, Jack's cameraman, I know you're filming the landscape, but can you show us his whole head, and not just the bottom half, when he's speaking? I don't mean while he's pointing at something, but just when you are filming him talking. It's really disconcerting not to see his whole face. Your public thanks you!)
Beautiful! Love the rivers of grasses, color and the textures added to them! Can’t wait for the next one. Going to check out Michigan Wildflower Seed too!
I ended up putting sand between my flagstone and just love it. I tried growing moss with no luck. I also planted some perennials in between some of the cracks and hope they survive the winter here in Iowa. Love your videos!
Ahh, I fell in love with that Breo fire pit last year and have been dreaming ever since of how to create a haven for it. I smothered lawn because hand pulling creeping Charlie wasn't eradicating it. I'm interested in that grid material for under a flagstone/pea gravel path. It won't get the traffic this property will have, but I like its stability.
OMG, not even 50 seconds in and i'm picking my jaw up from the floor - if there's a descriptor above epic, this surely is it! Jack, you have outdone even yourself! amazing, as always!
I love this landscape. I always learn something about design from you. It truly is in the details. Question: What's the name of the grid product you put in for the grass parking areas? I searched for "perm base" and found cement board.
I love and admire your work and study the details. This project is equally as impressive as the others! Couple of questions... 🤔🤔🤔 Why the rock around the foundation of the house? Do you have issues with the birch trees' roots becoming invasive to the foundations of the structures? Thanks to you and the homeowner for sharing!
I love the stone there! In Germany, you do that for splash, to keep the house walls tidy. Here in Michigan, about all you see is foundation plantings. It gets really boring!
Your landscape is beautiful, however the house is way too big for that small lot and looks like many add ons to a small cottage giving the house a disjointed look. Black building? Doesn’t blend in very well. Maybe your landscape ideas will help make the property more “soft” because the house and other buildings are way too much on such a tiny piece of property with super close neighbors.
Wow.... why do you feel the need to criticize the size, color and arrangement of the buildings. This is Jack's channel about his landscape architecture and projects. He had nothing to do with the buildings themselves. If the owners of the property like the buildings that is all that matters. I find your comments rude to both the owners and to Jack.
Jack, that landscape is going to be gorgeous right from the start! A knock out when matured🤗💜
Hello! I am delighted with the work done. Awesome landscape ideas. Thank you for the interesting video. Good luck to you👍🌻💙
Wow Jack! What incredible vision you have! It seems so overwhelming to manage all these areas and bring them together cohesively. You are a landscaping design genius! Bravo! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Looking forward to another tour in Spring with all the ground covers and bulb plantings 🙂
Spectacular! So glad you created a forest! So important.🥳
Eee-Ppicc for sure!!!!!!! Awesome job!!!!! Impressive! 👍👍👍👍
The house is magnificent but, without the beautiful landscaping it wouldn't be so. Fantastic job with the help of all those studs.
That beautiful property absolutely shines with your garden design, love it.

When you own a home of this caliber you have heated sidewalks and driveways.
Such a stunning design with every minute detail thought out for sustainability! ❤️👏🇨🇦

If there was ever a landscape that spoke to my soul, this is it!!! It's absolutely gorgeous, such a dream property.
Your enthusiasm is massively contagious! I love your style of landscaping
Absolutely gorgeous. I love your use of ground covers to make things less maintenance!

Thanks so much! We’ll be back out there soon for some fall details~ you won’t believe how far it’s already come and started to make itself at home!
Beautiful landscape! So relaxing and I bet even more so for the homeowners!
Did I miss something? I thought you werent supposed to have cars on the island except certain situations like the dump truck?
Wow, unique and just perfect! You have such talent. Best wishes finishing this up. Thanks for sharing.
Wow!
Im here for it Jack!
Wonder what the price tag is on one of the gardens? Love it!
On Leland video III you marked out more beds to finish landscaping. When is the finished landscaping project coming out?
Amazing landscape!!
the fire pit is stunning!
Right?!?
Absolutely gorgeous
Do you have a Leland landscaping video part IIII?
I love this landscape. I always learn something about design from you. It truly is in the details. Question: What's the name of the grid product you put in for the grass parking areas? I searched for "perm base" and found cement board.
I can't find one with the name he mentioned either, but if you search "permeable driveway grid" a lot of options come up.
Hexpave or easy pave are the permabase products we’ve used
Any updates

Really nice design. But these people need too much.We all need to live with less plastic toys and junk.
