Glen falls is magnificent! Beautiful garden. The hydrangeas are gorgeous. Your climate isnt warm enough for a bird of paradise plant. They require heat and lots of sun.

that red lacecap is called cherry explosion. I planted two last year. i can't wait to see how it does this summer. I've applied some winter protection for them.
I have never grown a Hydrangea ...I have never grown Hosta...the Desert SW just will not allow it. I wonder what they would choose if they were here instead of there?
