Only to step foot on the court for my High School games and have 0 confidence or idea on what to do.
This lead to me performing poorly and never living up to my full potential, driving me to get into coaching to A) Learn more about mental and physical performance and B) Help my athletes in real life and NOW YOU through RUclips by teaching you how to ACTUALLY DEVELOP Basketball IQ.
