This the type fashion content I’m looking for. Tired of the generic pick ups, great job
LOL must be the same designers who do all the clothes for GTA Online.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
W comment 😂
We couldn’t agree more
Lads, we have a back up for Frugal!
lol The Culture Vulture
Better than Christian
This is the side of fashion i love watching rabbit hole in the world of fashion.
Same. Anyone have vids of simular lore they can recommend?
Glad you made a video covering this because I was wondering the same thing about RRR123 and Satoshi Nakamoto and it all makes sense now. As someone from Miami, its the perfect place for these types of clout brands to gain traction because loud logomania graphic tees are what South Floridians consider a cool outfit.
Say it louder. I’m from broward and can say this is a fact.
Im currently in Miami reselling designer and it’s crazy for real bro
Yeah dude I can imagine
Glad you made this video. I've only been into fashion for the past year, and even though I obsessively read up on the industry daily, I feel like I'm still susceptible to bait brands and fake hype. There's always something new to learn
Doing the lords work as always
Very interested in conversations around "authenticity" of brands and how that impacts their credibility and longevity. Awesome video!!
Great video, would love to see more brand breakdowns
Johan Galaxy, the designer of the YGEBB denim jacket has stated that the founder shopped around the idea to Ye, but they found it a cheap rip off of their idea and went ahead and did it anyway.
Thanks for putting together this vid and shedding light on this shit, good stuff 🤍
been wanting a satoshinnakamoto moto hoodie with the padding but id never pay $900 + for it 😭 tysm for your insight
amazing video, i had a feeling this was happening but couldn’t put my finger on it, thanks for breaking it down so well 🙏
Real journalism. Earned a sus. I been feeling this exact same way glad sumbody else sees it

Suprised u ddnt mention the ian connor cosign lol
I hear you bro! Deff agree
Wow you got yourself subscriber today.
I always wondered about those two brands.
I see the pattern now.
All facts keep dropping theories
So proud of you bro 11k views thats crazy
Thank you dude much appreciated
100k subs by end of the yr im calling it - youtube recs worked lol
I remember the Billionaire store in the Miami Design District
Its not a surprise brands like this exist, there is lots of demand and money to be made, attracting these sorts of entrepreneur types (the whole strategy consists of catering to a broad audience like the clout goblins of miami u mentioned), BUT its important to note that ultimately we the consumers drive this demand thus creating these substance-less brands, and they're just filling in the gaps. The real change will come when we inspire other fashion consumers to elevate their taste which is why videos like this are important !!
For sure, ppl keep doing it because it works. But I do think with this style there’s a real cartel vibe of entrepreneurs and store owners working overtime to get this stuff hyped, placed on celebrities and athletes and whatnot, in order to pump up something without a lot of substance behind it
@@LOWluxury really interesting yeah that cartel aspect is quite concerning but I guess im optimistic since i think that it's an unsustainable long term approach by the fact that prices are high yet the product is not worth much besides the shallow signalling/flexing stuff
@@Collie_Pollie 8==========================|) Thats a big smiley face
LMFAO I know misato he’s super chill… I’m kinda in shock tho I didn’t know he was big enough (absolutely no disrespect I love his work) to be featured in a fashion vid, super dope to see him get his recognition tho😭
Masato is a real one for sure, happy to glaze him in vids lol
5 mins in I was like woah his mic 😂
Love the huge mic😂
if THESE designs are winning over the fashion market I`d say the fashion market got what it deserved because jesus christ those are some NPC-ass looking clothes
Lmaooooo
Bro i swear on everything i was waiting for you to say RRR123 and you did. i fw you heavily!
lololllll so you know the vibe im talking about 100%
So the dude with the off brand apple garments and shoes thinking differnt is the satoshi nakamoto dude lol
Ha I live 2 blocks from mrkt. I copped some rhude pieces from there. Outside of the hood I don’t think miami has a signature look though like nyc or la or london does.
Why does it matter, literally all designer brands do the same shit.
and rip off the same cultures
well documented
Great vid lllol
Salehe Bembury is also wearing satoshi, maybe he's part of the team idk
Just my opinion lately fashion is going a weird way it isn't about dressing anymore, then being controversial. For me that's sad.
love the comically large windscreen
Bro I burst out laughing when I saw Satoshi Nakamoto lmaooo
Great video, always prefect narrating and information.
Love doing everything myself in house so I don’t have to gank people for money and can see a lot more people wearing my shit.
Wow dude I actually liked one of RRR123 shirts. One that said it’s faith not magic… but it’s like 69,300 yen which I guess is like $500… too much for a shirt
It’s 700 ish dog
@@kashikoisakai9201 No the Yen is way down if you didn't know. 69,300 is actually 443$ idk if that includes taxes cuz when I buy over seas sometimes they include taxes and shipping on the sticker price. I don't know why cuz I recently discovered taxes in Europe ("VAT") is like at a 25% rate so when I buy in the US sometimes price goes down even more b/c it's Florida and we dont pay not nearly 25% in taxes. (plus you put that on your business if you can.)
What I don't understand; LOWluxury paid 1.2k recently for two t shirts from ERD. What again is the difference between ERD and RRR123? I'm new to this fashion and I never paid 500$ for a t shirt. Not that I would lightly or blindly. ERD now seems the obvious place to do that if I wanted to but I don't understand why. RRR123 screen prints on blanks and ERD sews their fabrics together and then prints on them? Or ERD is more established?
@@peterkoinzell7983ERD is simply the grandfather of these bullshit style brands that aren’t actually real designing or garment construction
@@peterkoinzell7983 it’s really subjective so any explanation I give is probably going to feel somewhat arbitrary. ERD has been around for almost ten years so they’ve kind of earned their place more. In my opinion there’s more of a point of view there, like an artistry and passion for the work. But truly buy what you like, if RRR is your vibe and you can afford it, no judgement here
@@LOWluxury Nah, I only liked that one shirt. Actually looking now at RRR's entire catalog; this stuff looks kinda embarrassing.
I didn't even know what ERD meant. Now I've listened to the founders story. Yeah ERD actually has a philosophy and I saw their shows are great. Which I've seen bliss foster review the last one a while ago but didn't realize, I guess that that was ERD.
Kinda messed up that I learned RRR123 before ERD. Just the one shirt cuz I like religious inuendos even though am heathen.
You heard of hellstar? I really like, like 3 of their designs. The founder seems like a nice guy too. Those T's are cool imo. But prolly geared for zoomers more lol with a late 90's big t graphic kinda gangsta/hiphop twist.
Fashionova premium edition 😂
This stuff is like a rebirth of nu-metal clothes.
Something was wrong with satoshi nakamoto i thought it is some undercover side line or smth but i couldnt believe😭😭😭
hot take: i blame virgil for this uprise in laziness in design. people heard the 3 percent rule and threw away the rest of his advice...
Yeah the "free game" stuff was massive and probably really did help a lot of people get their brands off the ground, but a lot of them never moved past step 1 of "print some graphics on cheap blanks." There's nothing wrong with that, it's a great first step to get your brand started and see if you're any good at it, but you can't be charging 300-500 for that stuff.
Is that racoon tail you holding a fashion accessory?
i like the video but that mic is too big, its so stupid, i hope it breaks, but i hope you have a warrantee, so you can get a simpler mic. #fuccdatmic
Well Saleh Bembury wears Satoshi N. So surprised it’d be inauthentic
It’s Ian Connor’s brand
In the case of Satoshi. Also these lame ahh influencers like IAn Connor keep pushing their brand my giving it exposure and being like ouuu loook at that blah blah
Cool Episode
satoshi nakomoto as a brand aesthetic is so jokes 💀
bro if people wanna pay stupid prices for stupid shit let them, LVMH has swallowed up a dozen brands and made their billonaire ceo the richest man in the world
lol yeah okay Oakley shorts 6:55
They saw the guys making a fake designer house for second hand items and tried to do the same but maybe skipping the second hand part
Arnodefrance feels like one of them brands lol
“Maybe if I put my brand that I just conceived yesterday next to well established designers, people won’t know the difference” real talk are mfs really using “distress” to hide their poor craftsmanship??
isnt it ian conners brand??
RRR123 is short for Rivington Roi Rebis & the quality is actually very nice tbh. Heavy hoodies & tees. Very loud & not for everyone for sure
Roi Rebis would be a cooler brand name imo actually
I am here for the ☕
It ain't
Ralph though
I shop at walmart
This is not fashion. A silkscreen t shirt or hoodie is a cheap and easy cop out. Also, it’s not a new style it’s just copy pasted from the 2000’s.
lol I just asked you about Satoshi like month, I think Ian own the brand or partner with this other guy
Satoshi nakamoto is Ian Connor brand i guess
No just a collab
Fashion has became awful and designers have just became lazy at this point im not shocked if CHATGPT is making some of Rick Owens clothing. Its stale and lacks any thing special. graphic tees with some corny crap on it and they charge 800$ or a hat that 500$. It explains why reps were so popular if you can get the same quality from china why buy Ricks.
Would not be shocked if Satoshi Nakamoto was made by just a bunch of crypto bros trying to cash in on the hypebeast generation of today. It's scummy but I can't knock it if they got weirdos clamoring for more.
Lmaoooo true. I wish I’d hit that harder in the video like the crypto thing was cringe even a couple years ago now it’s totally washed lol
@@LOWluxury at first I was like "oh a quirky reference to crypto" then I saw the BTC print tee in the video - yeah these guys ain't slick. We just might see a Bored Ape distressed/vintage padded hoodie in a few seasons lmao.
Meanwhile you wearing zip up hoodie with lighting strike on it?? And collar coming out underneath??? Lmaooo could get a good video doing a critique in the mirror too!
I like the satoshi Nakamoto pieces
Soulless and mimicry clothing. You can feel it when you look at the pieces. This is like the shit you see walking past forever21 but you know f21 is cheap crap so it's almost ok. This is like the 0.5 tier higher than f21, same soulless crap but maybeeee??? higher quality and maybeeee??? slightly more unique but that's just cuz they copy from the real, original piece. We'll see a lot more NPCs on the streets now, zero ability to recognize they enjoy wearing essentially knock offs and being low tier doppelgangers of the original.
We actually love RRR (Rivington Roi Rebis)
Ian Conner is behind Satoshi nakamoto - 99% of his products are made with Dov over at the in-house factory of LA Apparel 🎊 🎉
Miami should not be breeding any fashion designers. Miami should just be about beaches, boats and Palm Trees. edit: The only reason why Satoshi is selling everywhere is simply because he's japanese!!!!
What jacket are you wearing?
Haider Ackermann :)
I feel like Satoshi nakamoto is ran by a group of people and managed by Ian Connor , just so his name wouldn’t be connected to it directly.
It definitely feels like a plant tho
gotta be money laundering
bro tried to sneak in miami lol more like la ny
i say its money laundering
I’m def not above accusing ppl of using luxury to launder money - said so in a vid about ERD! I have no idea if anyone’s doing that here but if there’s one thing Miami loves it’s sketchy financial dealings.
Sicko,vlone somewhat paly
Right, you get it!
frugal copycat
bro got ghosted by the brand account and decided to cry on youtube 😭
This is actually a fair comment so I’ll lay out the series of events. If you look at my channel, I basically review clothes for the most part. I see this new brand was popping off, saw a piece that looked cool, and tried to see if I could get my hands on it. When that didn’t work out, I started looking at whether I wanted to try grabbing something from one of their stockists, but really wasn’t a big fan. It was at that point that I decided the look into the background of the brand before shelling out hundreds for something I was on the fence about. I could have just not even included the fact that I reached out to them but I think it’s important to show that I wasn’t setting out to make a hit piece - I had genuine interest in what they were doing and that’s what started me down this rabbit hole.
Those brands indeed suck but the brands you like are the same.
ain’t that the truth
Miami and LA style is the only ones that matter in 2024
this man literally copy pasted frugals blueprint!
The rise of black fashion designers sounds like to me
Virgil was legit, Jerry Lorenzo is legit, telfar, grace wales Bonner, Martine rose, I could go on. The designers I mention in this video just aren’t very good, regardless of race.
