Really enjoyed the testing same tire, same vehicle. The inserts seem like they would be super easy to tune harder or softer. After watching your last video.. mine are on the way!😅
Red ones for 1.9 super swampers, trx4 high trail with 160g brass and 150g metal covers on bottom, just cutted few outer rings on it,works perfect good side wall for swampers, but still soft enough to widen the area on tire that touch ground
It's interesting to see how the blue inserts did best on there. I've got the green on my 6.5lbs Ascent . The blues were too stiff on mine. I am running a different tire though. I have the Hyrax's in the G8 compound. I'm guessing the stiffer compound is the difference. So far I have liked them a lot better than the Proline dual stage foams I was running.
Man your ascent needs that dsm chassis ! The dsm chassis and rebuilding and re springing the shocks made my ascent so much more capable ! That and the 3d printed inserts and my megalithics!
Can we get a some more tire reviews? It's been a while... right... 😊, and there's been quite a few releases since the last dual. I can't get enough tire reviewing lol. Thanks Joe!
I ordered a set of greens and a set of blues. I have a set of Mickey Thompson tires I like but they’re kinda on the hard side vs some of the proline tires I have. 1:36 I’m thinking the green inserts maybe be fine for those. But I ordered a set of blue just in case. I guess I’m the first in our group to try these.
I winder how the reds would do on a vehicle like the Mashigan or the FMS FJ40, where the vehicle weight might make good use of the red insert's stiffness.
Really great comparison! You really showed what worked best for this truck! I think your Canadian friend just like his coffee black, LOL. Is that the brushless Furitek 1/10 setup? If so, how do you like it? Don't see many people running them.
How would the reds be in either the race camp or the beams truck? Might be a good "spring" in the tire. Don't know how the weight would affect them though
The ascent should be an upgraded budget build. Hobbywing fusion se, keep the brass, heavy treal wheels, keep the stock tires and call it a day. Maybe try and lower the center of gravity
I tried them and don’t like them. Good 2 stage foams are better for me. Incision or halo’s or pro-line. The Injora two stage foams are heavier. But I’ve given them all a chance. Not an injora fan I’ve tried there products because of cost but it’s cheaper for a reason.
which of the good tires, like jlconcepts or proline, do you think are the longest lasting, where i live the summers get up to like 114'F so what compound do you suggest?an ascent is what they're going on
I think a person might just slice some discs of a regular single stage and fill out the tire. I don’t even use injora inserts but I still do this same thing with all tire inserts 3d printed or just 2 stage foams.

They just released 2 for 64mm 1.0s. I'm definitely going to try them out in my mini comp rig

That's interesting and a good point stiffer tire needs a softer insert

Greetings, what changes did you make to the shocks?
He’s waiting on me to send him one of the production chassis kits, he will have it next week.

I’m really impressed how well Redcat crawlers work
Try the reds on Thor or creep6. They may be heavy enough to make the reds works ok.
The blues seem to be the best! I figured you would’ve put the DSM Warrior chassis on that rig by now! Great videos as always

I wonder how the blues and reds would work on mine. My TRX-4 weighs ~10lbs.

I run blue in the front and red in the rear on my 6 pound rig
Just picked up a ascent today going to test it against my ecto
Greens on the superlite!! SV1 might just pull some mad lines with em. Hell even SV2 if it’s still around
Is it possible to add some plugs into the holes on the greens to maybe help them side hill better?
Good question ❓ would the greens work on say a Losi night crawler?

I’m interested in visiting this rc park… is it public or a private park? How far away is it from New Orleans?
Parrot ice is the best IMO or a sonic slush or a snow cone from north crossett snow cone stand
I need to see these tested in the fusion
Yeah we have them in Canada. You need to go to a fancy coffee shop though. Great video as always sir.
We have them at many places
I would like to see the greens on the superlite sv1
The greens on that truck might as well be gummy bears. Lol
Would it work better with the green inserts on the rear and the blue on the front?
Very cool comparison!

Sounds like goldilocks. The greens are too soft the reds are too hard the Blues are just Right.
Good wheel,good tire
How would they compare to the YZZR?
Blue is nice too
Inserts seem to be as deceptively difficult to compare because each tire on each rig will response differently
which of the good tires, like jlconcepts or proline, do you think are the longest lasting, where i live the summers get up to like 114'F so what compound do you suggest?an ascent is what they're going on
Proline g8
Second the Proline G8 compounds, really like the G8 Hyrax tires
Out here in AZ, the JConcepts Green and Proline G8 last about the same, Predator just starts melting out here in summer.
What j concepts tires are these? Not mentioned or listed from what I see
The green inserts should go on a ridgerock
Do printed inserts on it
Pretty sure you have said this before how that ramp varies day 2 day
Red front blue rear
No love for yellow? 🤙
I like green
Great Clips isnt that expensive
Injora stuff is Trash never buy their things again
Injora inserts are narrow!
Only made for Injora tires
I think a person might just slice some discs of a regular single stage and fill out the tire. I don’t even use injora inserts but I still do this same thing with all tire inserts 3d printed or just 2 stage foams.
This is fun and all but are we going to get inserts for 1.0 in. someday maybe ??
Injora.....? 🙏🙏
Thanks for showing us Exocaged RC 🫡
They have them now, 2 compounds for 1.0!
