Wow! Gramma used to take me there when I was a kid. It is SO different. There used to be this animatronic moose head you’d get to control. And there was also this very big loud puppet that would jump out at you
That's Splurge from Hey Cinderella. If he doesn't know the names of The Muppets, I'll tell him. But I wanted to ask him what his favorite Muppet movie is. My favorite movie is The Muppet Movie, because It's my favorite song in it and it's the Rainbow Connection. This is an academy award winning song. I can even tell him the names of The Muppets.
@@tabbiexcat The one in NY has a puppet used for photos on Sesame Street, it was not used by Jim. I'd love to see one of his, there were many, no clue where they are.
Thank you for posting this!
Amazing place, I love puppetry and have for all my life!

Some Owl character? That was Hoots the Owl. He was a major character back in the day.
On Sesame Street, he plays the saxophone.
Well guys. Now, since y'all went to the museum. Maybe u can catch a show!
Can't hear a word your saying the background is too loud ... or turn up tour Mic " ???
They need to add Wubbulous World Of Dr. Seuss
That would be really neat to see some of those puppets
I was hoping to see some Gary Anderson and Mr Rogers puppets
Some of these thangs scares me but it’s cool

My favorite muppet movie is definitely Muppet Christmas Carol
@@IntheLoopPodcast That's a famous Disney movie from the year of Aladdin. But you can find it on Disney plus.
Do we know any museums that have actual Kermit puppets and not the photo ones? That's all I've been seeing.
I know the official Jim Henson museum has one of Jim’s actual Kermits. I’m not sure where the museum is located but I think NYC?

I love the Muppets. My favorite Muppet is Kermit the Frog because he's famous. For that person's information, that's hoots.
The Dark Crystal came out in 1982 and Labyrinth came out in 1986.
I like the muppets and shame street and labyrinth and dark Crystal
i love coaline(totally spelt that wrong)
I thought the title said puberty arts lol
I went there it scary
Disappointed no star wars no farscape. Farscape was Jim Henson and had one of the largest puppets I have ever seen and a major character
Why does Kermit have a sleeve at the end of his butt
That was how he was controlled
is this disney owned? knowing that the whole Jim Henson is property of Disney?
+Nerio Alberto González it is not owned by disney
The Muppet Show characters are owned by Disney. Fraggle, Crystal, and Labyrinth are owned by Henson and Sesame owned by Sesame Workshop.
