I’m a professional puppeteer and puppet builder. I’ll be watching this today while making a puppet. I love the Center for Puppetry Arts and I love watching the Carpetbagger!
LOVE 💞 Jenn's "Labyrinth" TShirt n reverence to David Bowie, King of the Glammers, as I was an original Glammer in the mid 1970'svin high school, ALWAYS dressed up in velvet n satin n sequins n feathers n silk n ruffles n platforms n glitter makeup EVERY day even at school!!! Welcome to the Glammers OG Club, Jenn!!! You are an officially adopted member!!!👏🦹✨🎆🎉💄💄💍👑👠🎹🎸🎆🎀🌈👄🤩🥳
Hey Jacob its closed. And Goats were relocated. Business there wasnt doing well. We passed by there on the way to Pigeon Forge this week. I heard the goats that were there relocated to Pigeon Forge. I think I saw you in Traffic yesterday, I was in Blue SUV. We took back roads through Tallulah Falls. Also Jacob they make Bug wash spray where you spray it let it sit and it will come off.
I think that Goats on The Roof in Tiger, GA is closed because they want to put all at the Pigeon Forge location. It’s a shame that the original had to close. Happy Easter to you and Jenn!
Life is soooo much fun when you find your soul mate, your other half.. 😊 It’s a Blessing you two found each other... 😍 🤗 Love you ❤ Thankyou Jenn and Jacob for sharing this adventure with us!!😀😘
My sibling and I absolutely adore that Puppetry Museum. We went for the first time just last month and we had a similar emotional reaction of feeling like we just met celebrities when seeing the Muppets. I love the world puppetry section because it just goes to show how classic the art of puppetry is throughout the whole world and how beneficial it is to cultural expression. I got some Dark Crystal stickers, a post card, and a finger puppet/ magnet of Sigmund Freud from the gift shop.
I saw Fozzie Bear in a plexiglass case like that at the Museum of Comedy in Jamestown, NY. It was weird, seeing an old friend like that so still. It felt like a funeral.
I had a four foot Grover i carried everywhere with me as a kid. His legs dragged everywhere. I got him from the hospital when i went in one time as a child. I miss thar Grover!
I had the opportunity to see and hold the original Muppets in a behind the scenes tour of the Smithsonian and I gotta tell ya....it was really freaking cool!
Happy Easter, Jacob and Jenn! How did you both enjoy your visit to Worlds of Puppetry Museum in Atlanta, GA? I haven't been there before, but it's interesting. Jim Henson and his family will be so proud, LOL. Goat House is presumably a place where people interact with goats. I think that it should reopen, because there are concerns that visitors won't show up anymore. In fact, I also think that the tiny doors are used for museum employees to access a secret passage or something.
I was just a little old when Sesame Street was popular. Never learned the characters. Now if you were visiting a musuem with Howdy Doody or Captain Kangaroo I'd be all over that. Lol! Happy Easter Jacob and Jen!
I loved Muppet Treasure Island one of my favorites next to Muppet Christmas Carol.. definitely give it a watch, Tim Curry is in that one!..I loved the Dark Crystal, the Skeksie are creepy..lol
My pops cousin Julie Zobel was an integral part of the Muppets, costume designer and worked on many sets like the Dinosaurs and the original Dark Crystal movie ...also the series. Nice lady ...hopefully she gets a mention in the puppetry museum!
Happy Easter n Happy Resurrection Day to you, Carpetbagger n Jenn n Anna n your son and all the rest of yours!! It is a Wonderful day, as He Is Risen fir all of us!!!Amen!!!🐰🐣🥚🐔🐤🐇🌼🌱🐍🕊️💐🐇🥀🙏✝️😇
Jacob, Silver dollar City has opened the new fire in the hole and honestly it is absolutely incredible, it's like no other ride ever........ You guys got to check it out
Animal and The Count🧛🏻♂️ were my two favorite Muppets. Also loved Oscar the Grouch and Fozie Bear 🐻. I remember Rowlf from when he was on the Jimmy Dean show.
The type of car wash you used is a touch less car wash. They are much better for your paint. The others with cloth scrubbing can scratch your paint and leave swirl marks. Love you and Jen’s videos. You are great together.
Miss Piggy is definitely not a stuffie that a child could feel comfortable cuddling with. That would be more of a Fozzie or a Rowlf or even a Kermet thing. One wouldn't want to muss Piggy's hair; she'd get mad. Miss Piggy did make us laugh, though. My mother especially loved her karate chop.
You went to a paranormal museum that also had sci fi and horror memorabilia. They had a Tom Servo and you completely ignored him. I saw him in the background. You never stopped to show him. I was very upset. This makes up for it.
And this is what I feel you should be doing while home. All vids should be duel. You two are magic together. Stay blessed Happy Holidays to all! As far as the car, best to hand wash it yourself. The bristles and detergents used at drive up car washes can cause more damage than helping.
hi jacob and jen, the best way use bug remover ,spray on and let soak in wipe off.put wax on the front bumper and hood , helps with bugs sticking easier to get off. Happy Easter!!!!!🐰
Yes. As a lifelong Floridian that battled Love Bugs for decades. Elbow grease and the right cleaner will help. A detailer type car wash can do it but they'll def charge extra. ❤
@@drea62279 That's excellent advice. Also, did I mention before, I can't remember, to get bugs and bird poop off the car ASAP, before they eat away at the paint. One bird poop stain can easily be swooshed off with a large glass of water and a soft sponge, if needed, until it's time to wash the entire car.
You'll get addicted really fast! Jacob goes to some cool places. My husband says if he's ever asked what his wife loves besides him. He would say, shooting guns and carpet bagger 😅
Oh! For me it was Jordan the Lion (whom I consider as another one of You Tube's good guys), then the CB appeared in my feed. This Misty's content sounds intriguing.
Brad is Bert’s nephew. I remember when he was in a skit with Bert and it was bath time. Ernie kept throwing toys into the tub and eventually he jumped in the bath. Poor Brad didn’t get his bubble bath. Ernie laugh* HeHeHeHeHe…
Awww, I came across hoats on a roof 2 years ago by chance. I hope it's not shut down. And the puppet museum was incredibly fun! I'm so glad you all ate from my generation. Muppet babies was my all time favorite!!! Baby Animal is my favorite.
i had no idea there was a museum of puppetry. how so cool you got to visit. incidentally, my mother was a staff member of the Department of Education she evaluated Title I programs, created The What Works Series of promising practices, and was responsible for approving the first grant to Sesame Street. She worked for Dr. James Edward Allen, Assistant Secretary for Education. I was three years old when SS debuted. if I had to choose a favorite puppet It would be by far Cookie Monster. I too was dx with autism/adhd. growing up watching SS as a child helped me be articulate as I struggled later in life.
Pretty sure the puppets in Return of the Jedi are from Jim Henson Their is a Cookie Monster skit shows the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables, the skit is from 1987
HENSON NERD HERE. Yoda was Frank Oz of henson fame aka Fozzie, Miss Piggy. I wish I could been there with you guys with my wealth of nerdery facts and stories :)
Mahna mahna is a classic!!! My sister Wendy is a ,2nd grade teacher in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan n she has a music class where all the kids play flutes n whistles n drums n they actually did Mahna Mahna!!! Too cool you are hip to it too!!! Again, Happy Easter!!🥚🐤🐍🐰🐇🐣🕊️🙏🐔🤩
happy Easter buddy always loves your videos, i am ventriloquist and i have three puppets, to of my puppets from USA, i have a long arm puppet called charlie, and Luna puppet too, and hand dog puppet in a basket, Oscar the Grouch was my favorite
@@TheCarpetbagger Yes I have been to the Heinz. I just think some of his puppets need added to The Center of Puppetry. 😉 I think there some still in storage at the Fred Rogers Center at St Vincent College.

im from atlanta; i spent almost every weekend at the center for puppetry arts. i live in florida now; my last visit to georgia was 2022. we're going to visit the center but decided not to since our family (who still lives in the city) told us crime has gotten terrible. they didn't think it was safe. this video was great; definitely scratched the itch! the center looks a lot different from when i was kid. thanks for the upload!
Happy Easter Jenn and Jacob. Too bad the goat place is closed. Is the little elephant as you walked in from the Land of Misfits? Grover was always my favourite Muppet.

Oh cool do u have social media to see ur puppets
I’d love to see the puppets too!
RUclips has a channel called Muppet Babies Restored if you ever want to rewatch them. They are pretty good quality.
One day the Puppetbagger will be in that museum.
As a fellow Jim Henson lover…what an awesome museum and video! Thank You!!!
You and Jen are so adorable together! ❤❤❤
Wishing you two many happy years together.
GREAT video Jacob and Jenn! Awesome museum tour. You are a great 👍 couple to watch! Thank you!
Ernie's holding the one bottle cap Bert needed to complete his collection , a "Ficky Fizz"
The dog puppet from fragle rock was named Sprocket .
Jenny is such a sweetheart. This was a fun watch. Thank you.

Bert had 367 bottle caps, only missing the elusive Figgy Fizz, which Ernie just happens to have.
Doesn't Bert also collect paperclips? Or is that just in the Dutch translation?
@@RikFTK Oh, he sure does! (Did?)
@@RikFTK Yes, he collects bottle caps and paperclips, plays the tuba, and has a pet pigeon named Bernice.

Loved Jen’s puppet voice - she sounded just like a Sesame Street character! Fun museum!
This was a delight ❤ loved watching Jenn geek out on all the Muppets I would definitely do the same ✌️❤️🙂

Most stuff is closed today because it’s Easter. Good job on the videos carpet bagger!
Love the Muppet characters of Bert's relatives, Bertha and Brad.
I was so anxious to see Emmett otter and ma but they didn't have them " there ain't no hole in the washtub "
I certainly hope that Emmett and his family are preserved in a museum somewhere.

if they had chuckey on a sensor and moved when you stopped in front of him for a few seconds. would be great.

I was pretty pissed 😔 about that , she would talk so negative about herself
was she talking about it as in her health, or as appearance shaming
