      Bkc 14 K 30.6 ppg ain't 35.2 ppg and that 2012 thunder team gave him the ball a lot more. Durant only averaged 2 assists in the 2012 finals and he played 43 minutes a game compared to 39 minutes in the 2017 finals. The games were close in 2012 and durant gave it all he got. However, KD was wide open most of his points in 2017 finals. Watch the highlights. Mike Breen: "durant open, durant with easy dunk, durant with the uncontested jumper..." Durant could have played more in the 2017 finals and averaged 40 if he wanted. Durant made all his points look easy because they WERE EASY. Lebron 30% of points were assisted on vs. 70% of durants points were assisted on. Not taking credit away from his dominance but cavs did have to deal with guarding curry and klay. Without durant on the team the team still makes the finals but without curry the team ain't making it past the spurs. Durant 48% from three and 4 threes a game when has he shot like that before?

    What’s amazing to say is even with all of those added players the warriors have, Lebron is still a “super” threat to the entire system just with role players. No team today led by only Durant, or Harden, or Curry, or any other allstar would stand a chance in a 7 game finals with a team of role players led by Lebron. Even if you add an all star duo. It’s impossible. Steve Kerr will admit that much...

This dude just knocked off a 73 win team with epic performances, coming back from 3-1, leading Cleveland to its first title, and 12 months later, he's averaging 32/12/10 against a better version of that team, and we're asking if his legacy is ruined lmao.

      Darius Chandler the only way this would be the same thing is is PG went to Cleveland. which i don't think he can bring himself to do that. KD didn't just "go to another team" he went to a team that set the wins record the previous year, that was destined to go to the finals again REGARDLESS of KD, oh and he went to the team THAT he choked against and lost to. people need to realize that's it's not about KD leaving OKC, its not about him going to the warriors per say, its about competitiveness. the "if you can't beat them join them" mentality is not competitive and should never be viewed as competitive.

    This depends on what Bron wants, if he wants to avoid being compared to Wilt the way Russell over shadows him, he should head to the Spurs. No more finals against unbeatable teams number one, he'd face the Warriors in the Conference. On top, he's in a system, ready, with a cast ready to beat anyone and the GOAT coach in Pop. Bron gets 3 rings with the Spurs he'll be 6/11 in the finals and back in the GOAT debate. The East will be a mess but it's he smartest move if he wants rings now.

      oh yeah, Spurs can easily give up Lamarcus Aldridge to free up space for Lebron, but Lebron won't be a system player in pops offense, he won't ever be a spur, I bet he'd join the Rockets if he ever left Cleveland, he has no chance on Cleveland in a couple of years once Dwade is done, and Drose will still be average and getting older, IT and Kevin love will be in their 30s too, it's going to be game set match against a prime Warriors team by then, if you think this is their prime, in a couple years together they'll be like the Jordan/Pippen bulls; once Dwade is done I think Lebron will bounce if they dont get Paul George in free agency.

    MJ is the GOAT, period. All of this stat talk in nonsense. GTFO! MJ averaged 35+ppg one season when the league had dominant big men clogging up the lanes you clowns. They were hand checking, shit talking, fighting, etc. and the defense was so intense you were lucky to see a finals game where both teams scored over 85 pts. His footwork was better, FT% in clutch situations was better, clutch shots in playoff games, 1v1 pure scoring was better, coaching on the floor was better, 1v1 defense was better, and he had a mindset that was so insane he would rather die than lose a single game. MJ's team mates fear him. Lebron is a phenomenal player, but better than MJ? I don't think so.

    MJ never played a team with 2 MVPs and 4 all stars and if he did, he'd get swept too because he's just one man. So if Lebron can't overcome this obstacle it doesn't take him out the GOAT conversation because the GOAT himself has never had an obstacle as tough as this one. When MJ went to the finals he never was the underdog. Lebron has been the underdog 6 times out of his 8 finals appearances. When MJ went to the finals he was supposed to win and expected to win. Lebron isn't supposed to win this series against 2 MVPs and 4 all stars. That's why I give Lebron a pass for all his finals losses. He did all he could and played great in every series he lost except the one vs Dallas.

      You do realize that Finals record isn't anything more than that right? LeBron is only responsible for one of his Finals losses and that's the one against Dallas. He didn't show up that year. But if you look at all his Final's stats, he's over performed in every series besides that one. The only reason he didn't win was because he played against a better team, or his teammates were a no show. How can u blame his loss in 2015 on him? He brought that series to 6 games by himself. How can u blame his most recent loss on him? He averaged a triple double against a super team. How can u blame the first loss against the Spurs on him? The only other people on his team averaging over 10 pts that season were Mo Williams and Daniel Gibson. And then the other loss against the Spurs D Wade just went cold until game 4 and by that time it was too late. They were already down 2-1 and the Spurs were playing at home the next game. LeBron is the GOAT. MJ is only 6-0 in the finals because he always had the better team. He was never the underdog, unlike LeBron. The Jazz were good competition but everybody bet on the Bulls. All of LeBron's stats are better besides pts and that's only a 2 pt difference. I'm talking about the playoffs as well.

    Actually GSW and KEVIN DURANT needed each other to beat LEBRON JAMES. He had proven he could beat them both. And so they had to join forces.

    Dude must be drinking. Lebron averaged a 30pt triple double in the finals. To say he didn't get his in these playoffs is absolutely absurd. I like Stephen A. but he's tripping here. The Warriors had more ammo/weapons this year plain and simple. They were a lock for the finals before KD joined them. With him added to that team was just the nail in the coffin. Too many great consistent perimeter shooters. The cavs have streaky shooters (JR Smith and Kyle Korver). We need to get some more fire power to battle this stacked warriors team. Another consistent scoring threat that can create his own plays and the series could have been different.

      Allan Goco don't know why no one has mentioned that. Yes, the man is huge and heavy, but that doesn't automatically make him a threat in the post. His post up game is pretty nonexistent. Just a little drop step or contested post fade here and there.

    • @TranquilAura77

      i agree with you 75 percent but arguably MJ is better skill wise, LeBron to me is the better player because hes shown that he can rival mjs skills but also be that floor general like a cp3 or a stockton. But there is a reason why Mjs the goat ahaha and this is coming from a LeBron fan who i think is the second greatest of all time

      ok ok,, my bad,, what i really mean was LBJ is just bigger and probably faster and stronger but not tougher mentally and physically.. LeBron has never played through an injury and never had serious injuries coz he often played it safe...

      @ben1ben2ben1 6 лет назад +6

      What the fuck? Lebron has some PHYSICAL gifts on Jordan, but Jordan is the most skilled player ever. Even physically, Jordan was faster, could jump higher and was more explosive. Lebron is bigger stronger which is impressive given how fast he also is

      Pj Brien A free agent can join whatever team he wants to join. No player has to satisfy or get permission from fans before joining a team. Do u really think that KD gives a fuck what u think? Most of the KD haters are Lebron worshippers and would have absolutely nothing to say if KD had gone to Cleveland. Lebron left Cleveland and went to Miami. That's what players do. Get over it.

  • @jaliu
    @jaliu 6 лет назад +7

    The Cavs have had not one, not two, not three, but FOUR #1 picks. Meanwhile the warriors haven't had a single one. He handpicks all-stars to play with yet still complains every damn year. No player in the history of the NBA has had more help than he has and done less (and complained the most). He can't even stay on top of Boston and Toronto. The Superstars he does play with? Their performance plummets while his own stats get padded. Or they decide they don't want to play with him anymore and ask to be traded. Now after playing GM again for the Cavs and destroying the team he'll be out of there faster than their finals exit. Overrated. Goat my a$$.
