i know this vid is old, but DD now makes the same gun with the "pistol brace" (which is really just a stock lets be honest) but because of the brace its classified as a pistol and not an SBR, meaning you dont need the tax stamp for it which is cool

Training is what matters most. Many people who buy fancy gear lack basic skills in how to use them....like where the safety is... OR how to properly shoulder a rifle.
16 inch subsonic suppressed would absolutely be hearing safe. ANYTHING supersonic would not be under sustained fire. Wear ear pro for your own sake, but if you have subs you are 100% fine

@@officeroinker440 it shoots a 55.6 round. That round naturally breaks the sound barrier when fired and traveling. At best any supressor on this round is sound MITIGATION at best not suppression. 300blk subsonic loads only are far quiter than this.

Subsonic .223 isn't really a thing, it is made but it's horribly ineffective and won't cycle a semi. It was definitely a little loud on the ears.
