I did clear braces for 2 years and had no problem! Now I have permanent retainers on top and bottom plus I use my plastic retainer at night! Very easy and worth it.

I recently had braces for two years (ages 21-23) for jaw surgery and I never thought I would see a public figure undergo braces as an adult but it’s so awesome to see! I had the clear ones which are still noticeable but I have had someone mistake them for Invisalign, which was a boost to my self asteem😂 but I would recommend those ones
I know a lot of people (I'm late 30s 😭😭😭🤣🤣) have braces!! They're waaayy more common than you think!!

There are actually a ton of new palettes (abh cosmos, nd Yucca, so many amazing indie brands) but you can get a great deal on the strawberry palette at Marshalls, they are practically giving it away
