what is the technique of slow motion in this video? like what type of editing, Frame resampling? no frame resampling? anything to help me?

I am wondering too how u kept the sharp quality uploading a video to youtube. What software were u using? When i upload a video its seems to get compressed a quiet a bit which results in quality loss. I tried some tutorials but never seem to be able to keep a quality like yours.
