For the cream layer:
-800ml milk (4 cups)
-100g sugar (1/2 cup)
-1 Tbsp cornstarch
-80g flour (1/2 cup)
-1 Tbsp instant coffee
-pinch of salt
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-40g unsalted butter
-220ml heavy cream, cold
For chocolate layer:
-160g milk chocolate
-100ml heavy cream, hot
-Then garnish with 50g shredded milk chocolate
