2 and 1/2 cups of condensed milk (800ml)
3/4 cup of lemon juice (180 ml)
250g of cinnamon cookies

Nice cake. But at over 3 hours of prep time it is hardly a "ready in 5 minutes" dessert. LOL

It's not 3 hours of prep. It needs to chill. It's just a typical icebox cake and they all require a long chill time to set. The thumbnail is a bit misleading as it's not ready to eat in minutes but you should try it. It's a really delicious treat. You don't have to use the pastry bag either. I just spoon the cream mixture.
The title is an outright lie. It would take a lot longer than 5 minutes just to get 3/4 cup of juice from fresh lemons and to assemble the dessert. With 3-4 hours of chilling time, no way is this a "last minute" dessert.

No oven is required. You do need a refrigerator.
This would be super delicious with gingerbread cookies too.
I eat ginger treats (cooikes, cake, bread, etc) with tart lemon curd, but this works too. 🙂
I wanted to suggest a refrigerator cake recipe for you, the layers can be placed in a pan of any shape or layered directly on a serving platter.
Thin, crispy wafer style cookies (any flavor) brushed with warm jelly or jam in a complimentary flavor.
Stack the cookies with a thin layer of slightly sweetened real whipped cream into the shape of a cake.
Add a final layer of the whipped cream over the top and sides followed by garnish then refrigerate overnight.
