An apple cake that melts in your mouth, everyone is looking for this recipe! This simple cake has 3 layers of deliciousness, fluffy cake at the bottom, scrumptious cream in the middle and crunchy apple on top. This one is one of my favorite apple cakes and you will love it too!

💥 Apple Cake Ingredients:
1 Large Egg
1/3 cup Sugar (70g)
1/3 cup Cornstarch (40g)
2 cups Milk (500ml)
1/2 Orange Zest
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (6g)
1 teaspoon of butter
2 Medium Apples or 1 Large
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
3 Eggs
a pinch of Salt
1/3 cup Sugar (70g)
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (6g)
60ml Orange Juice
80ml Vegetable Oil
1/2 Orange Zest
1/2 cup Yogurt (120g)
1 1/3 cups Flour (180g)
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder (8g)
Powdered Sugar
Bake in preheated oven at 350F (180C) for 45-50 minutes
