Without a doubt, the best sitcom ever. The beginning was good and the ending was great. I loved how his family came together over the years. Gives one hope!
I watch it every night too. I think they should have a reunion. It will be great. Fantastic acting and excellent scripts. I am Malaysian and I must say Frasier is the best comedy of all time.
It felt really bad when the show stopped. It was an 11 years of fun & laughter. I live in Holland where the show wasn't so popular, but I enjoyed every episode of it.
So, Kelsey Grammer went to work, fried? There was a time when I would've doubted what he said there but, being a recovering addict I can relate to it. Anyway, I watch the reruns every night and morning too and never tire of them. Great show, great cast and great writers too.
Can't gwt enough of this show, the ensemble cast and terrific writing, it's one of the best comedy shows and I'm glad they ended the show on a high note unlike The Simpsons where they're just dragging it out.
I still watch the reruns. :) They should bring it back from when he arrives in Chicago..... And the woman on the plane should become part of the show. (Her name escapes me now) they should incorporate the children and see how they are. Just a thought! I almost named my dog "my lady"...
Micheal Landon was on Bonaza 14 years, then little house 10 i think,.. also a few years of high way to heaven.....just a thought;) Love Landon and Grammer......My husband and I will go out of our way to watch Fraiser almost every eveing....Thats or time after a long day..lol
KAREN: [SIGHS] Oh, honey, I'm gonna miss my "Sex and the City." JACK: Oh. Me too, Karen. KAREN: But at least I've still got my "Frasier" and my "Friends." JACK: Well, wait, didn't you hear? "Frasier" and "Friends" are going off the air too. [KAREN HAULS BACK AND SLAPS JACK ACROSS THE FACE--HARD.] KAREN: Don't tell me that, Jackie! Not now. Not today.
Did James Arness play the same character for 20 years? If so, it's news to me! Kelsey played Frasier for 9 years on "Cheers," and 11 years on "Frasier."
I'm eternally grateful to anyone and everyone that ever worked on the show. For me, it's my ultimate comfort watch. It lifts my spirits each and every time I watch it, and it starts with the lovely intro jingle.
wel glad i can turn ya'! ha ha you and whomever else would have to prove it was I and you really can't. it's a library computer buddy o so there are tons of people on here, i may not have signed out once and someone else wrote it so get lost. thanks for the continued remarks though, love striking nerves!
@sisarena Your comment has been forwarded to the proper authorities. You can call him whatever you want, but threatening the President is technically a crime and has been for decades.
@tigerzebra I have watched and love Cheers & Frasier since I was a kid too and when I found out he was supporting McCain and not Obama I loved him even more. Get over it that he has sense, class and style and isn't suporting your party. HA HA HA David is gay so of course he isn't going to support McCain or Bush over OBAMA.
Kelsey is an intensely handsome man whose interpretation of the character of Fraser Crane suggests that the soul of the actor himself is a deep well of intelligence, emotion, provocative thought and wit. For these reasons I am deeply disappointed to read media material which says that Kelsey is a Trump supporting Republican. I sincerely hope this is wrong as any such reality would extinguish the sincere intrigue and admiration I have come to have for this actor.
EJKyle. If you enjoy Kelsey as much as you seem to...then it shouldn't matter wether he is Republican or Democrat.. My daughter and I are on opposite sides when it comes to political preferences...but that doesn't make me love her any less.. Don't be so small minded... Grow up. !!!!!
..I can't stand carter and his pompous selfish attitude like he's some great interviewer! He actually asked Leonard Nimoy if the ears hurt. Nimoy laughed sarcastically like, who the freak is this guy! 🙄
@Morbiddragonelf google him and you can find out. there is even interviews with him discussing mccain and all that on you tube. he is an avid supporter of mccain over obama. PRAISE GOD.
One of my all-time favorite sitcoms. To me, watching _Frasier_ is like enjoying a warm cup of coffee.
Without a doubt, the best sitcom ever. The beginning was good and the ending was great. I loved how his family came together over the years. Gives one hope!
R.I.P. JOHN MAHONEY!! A GREAT GREAT ACTOR.😢😢😢
Cheers was great and Frasier was even greater. God bless Kelsey Grammer and his merry crew!
Absolute favorite sitcom! Smart, clever, funny witty... not corny like so many.. What a great show!!
I watch it every night too. I think they should have a reunion. It will be great. Fantastic acting and excellent scripts. I am Malaysian and I must say Frasier is the best comedy of all time.
The writers on this show were EXCEPTIONAL!
Both my mom and dad, before they passed away in '08 & '09, their last TV show they gained comfort came from Kelsey, cast & crew.
I love Frasier, the only one I watch over and over.
What a great guy. Soooo talented!
This guy could play anything. What I would not give to see him in Shakespeare. He puts everyone else I have seen in the shade.
@ He also had a small part in Doctor Who, when he came to England....
Frasier's thE best sitcom ever!!! When it finished I felt as if I lost a friend. I run the whole series every year or two and still love it.
It felt really bad when the show stopped. It was an 11 years of fun & laughter. I live in Holland where the show wasn't so popular, but I enjoyed every episode of it.
Me too! FRASIER IS THE BEST SHOW EVER MADE.
I love Frasier. I watch it every night.
So, Kelsey Grammer went to work, fried?
There was a time when I would've doubted what he said there but, being a recovering addict I can relate to it.
Anyway, I watch the reruns every night and morning too and never tire of them. Great show, great cast and great writers too.
I'm a bit embarrassed to admit how many times i've watched the entire 11 seasons...so I won't (it's a lot).
Can't gwt enough of this show, the ensemble cast and terrific writing, it's one of the best comedy shows and I'm glad they ended the show on a high note unlike The Simpsons where they're just dragging it out.
When he said, "Oh, yeah, Frasier's a big fan of Shakespeare, a big fan of language" my 6th grade Social Studies teacher came to mind...
I
'I think Frasier would like Shakespeare' uhh yes. Has he ever watched the show?
I miss Fraser. Brill show.
Bring this show back please to 2019
Good stuff loved the show
the show should of been called. waiting for dafney. i dunno bout other people but thats what kept me wathcing. those two owend the show
@Jofph same here; i live in Limburg(the Netherlands) and i find the show one of the best,
A bulk of James Arness' shows were hour long shows NOT 23 mins
I still watch the reruns. :) They should bring it back from when he arrives in Chicago..... And the woman on the plane should become part of the show. (Her name escapes me now) they should incorporate the children and see how they are. Just a thought! I almost named my dog "my lady"...

that wasn't the same character though, all throughout.
I miss Kelsey. An amazing artist. An wonderful chap. Why do ALL my friends suck wax fruit?
KAREN: [SIGHS] Oh, honey, I'm gonna miss my "Sex and the City."
JACK: Oh. Me too, Karen.
KAREN: But at least I've still got my "Frasier" and my "Friends."
JACK: Well, wait, didn't you hear? "Frasier" and "Friends" are going off the air too.
[KAREN HAULS BACK AND SLAPS JACK ACROSS THE FACE--HARD.]
KAREN: Don't tell me that, Jackie! Not now. Not today.
"Only Matt Dillon's played a character as long as you?" Uh, try James Arness maybe?
Did James Arness play the same character for 20 years? If so, it's news to me! Kelsey played Frasier for 9 years on "Cheers," and 11 years on "Frasier."
James Arness did play the same character for 20 years. Marshall Matt Dillon on Gunsmoke
agreed
I would feel so violated in my personal space if I ever experienced this .. Probably why I never became an actor.
vBDKv Yeah, THAT’S why you never became an actor.
The series sagged a bit in the later seasons, but the final year was excellent.
I'm eternally grateful to anyone and everyone that ever worked on the show. For me, it's my ultimate comfort watch. It lifts my spirits each and every time I watch it, and it starts with the lovely intro jingle.
wikipedia...copy&paste?

Kind of funny. Not sure what would make it awkward though.
That promo was horrible

YES IT IS A PLUS THAT HE IS A REPUBLICAN!!!
THANK GOD FOR SOMEONE WITH SENSE, RIGHT?!

@sisarena
I'd look at 18 USC Sec. 871.
@bluegrassman776 So so true.
Love Frasier. Hate the syrupy slickness of American television! It all sounds like a used car advert to me!
@sisarena
That's yor opinion. What's funny is that both Frasier and Niles are typical democrats
His sister was murdered
lol.. what.
I love Kelsey Grammer. It's a plus that he's a Republican. :)
