    Hi. Why not just cook for 6 hours straight? Is it necessary to stir?
    Lastly, why use soup/broth low temp vs low pressure cooking?

      @@SixFive8 my instapot setting only goes to max of 120min. My preference is to cook it low and slow but you could definitely use high pressure if you were in a hurry or do not have the low pressure setting. I would only run it through once though.

      @mountainviewlifePNW I didn't know that I just did a Chuck roast eye souse vide for 24 hours. I just figured other settings were similar
