I wear mostly flare denim and I've found some really unusual styles similar to what you are showing for a fraction of the price. I can't imagine spending 600.00 on jeans, well couldn't afford that. I would love to see more jeans that don't break the bank...This was fun and I always enjoy your video's.

I absolutely love denim (and when it's colder, corduroy) but I wouldn't buy any of the jeans/items in this video, I thought some jeans were positively horrific, e.g. the embroidered ones. I still prefer more classic styles, trucker denim jacket, straight or bootleg jeans. I can cuff the jeans I already own, I don't need to buy some more. PS Don't forget denim totes, I love the Levi's ones, they're very strong and quite structured, great for shopping so super useful. If anyone's interested, Marks & Spencer's sell amazingly flattering jeans in different lengths/washes. I love their Eva bootcut, Lily and Sienna jeans and also their Autograph straight leg jeans with lyocell, all £25-£49.50
Wit n Wisdom flares & bootcut jeans are a good affordable but not cheap jean for anyone who needs a W after the size. I can even size down in them & they aren't so long I have to have them hemmed but do have to wear some sort of heel. They are also not too tight in the waist & fairly high rise. I have them in black, dark grey/faded black, light blue & dark blue. I hope they come out with a pair in chocolate brown, tan, wine or green. All my cool colored denim is skinny (packed away for when they come back in style) Olive Green, Deep Mauve, Golden Brown, Light Grey, Dark Grey. I get tired of blue, black & white being the only colors available in jeans. I don't wear that much blue...
In the early 70's we made our own "patchwork" jeans. A couple of the neighborhood girls would bring their worn jeans and we would cut them out and add them to our new jeans like in the photos in the video. Oh my this brings back a great memory!
I found a cuffed pair of jeans with flowers on the cuff at Goodwill. Who knew they were up and coming. I just thought they were so cool. Ready for fall. Love boots and coats!
I absolutely love my barrel jeans. My favorites are the Free People Moxie jeans, as well as their Good Luck jeans. I like to wear them cuffed at the bottom. You can pair them with a simple top, and the outfit is automatically elevated.
You couldn't pay me to wear barrel jeans. They make you look like a bow legged cowboy from a 1938 western. I'll stick to the classic straight leg & boot cut & add in some slim straight, slight flare & trouser styles.

I loved this video and I think you’re spot on. I go sourcing and I’ve been watching a lot of young adults looking at the barrel jeans and the flower print. I saw them purchasing carpenter pants and I walked into one of my local boutique’s. They had embroidered jeans too. I think this season is going to give us so many options! ✨🌼
If you’re interested in just looking at the barrel jean, go to second hand stores such as Goodwill or Salvation Army etc. I was in one last week and I saw women of all ages buying them. I didn’t know they were on trend until I saw this video.
I enjoyed this video, lots of good info. I have a weakness for embroidery, a pair of jeans with embroidery on them will probably be added to my wardrobe at some point.

With the dark denim jeans I’m curious as to what to wear on top. For example do you always go lighter or can you do dark like a dark green sweater or dark burgundy?
For me, wide & barrel legged denim is just too stiff, trouser legs are good. I only like that loose thigh to taper ankle shape in drapey fabrics (on me)

A lot of these styles look completely different on these very painfully thin models than they do on the average woman. It would be nice if their models were more average in size. I know that these barrel jeans are not going to look even similar when I put them on. I have big thighs, always have, and even though I'm losing weight, I will probably always be larger in size because I'm a pear shape. I like the cuffed jeans. I might be able to pull it off without looking ridiculous....the embellished jeans are really cute, but I tend to avoid them and wear embellished tops instead to draw the eye up instead of on my larger bottom half. I have a love hate relationship with denim skirts...it seems that if they fit my waist, then they're too snug on the hips making it hard to walk, sit and get around. Although if I can find an A line skirt that I like, it might be better for my wider hips. The same with denim vests, if they fit my bust, they don't fit over my hips and it bunches up looking stupid. Perhaps a shorter vest that sits above my waist, will have to see how it works out. I may forgo the vests altogether. Thanks for showing the latest trends!

These very wide , barrel and big cuffed jeans shorten the leg and widen the body. Wear with extreme caution in my opinion. Not really wearable for most body types. Some are downright ridiculous looking.
