I'm hoping the actual show is better than this trailer, but I'm doubting it. The biggest success of the original was the chemistry between the two leads and so far I'm not seeing that here.

That's a shit reason. I LOVED the original. I see Shakespeare in the park every summer. Guess what? They change actors....this year they completely changed and reworked a play to be lbgtq friendly. It was very good. The reboot of Lost in Space. One of the best shows I have watched in years. The new Star Trek reboots. Chef's kiss. Show me your an old white man who still listens to your high school playlist without showing me your an old white man you still listens to your high school playlist for 2,000.00...
Mostly....loved this show first time around. However, considering that, originally, it had a non-repeating cast in a non-repeating situation, showing basically progressive stories about race, gender, sexuality and, uhhh, I'm so crap I can't even think how to sensitively summarise the 'jimmy' stories.....this show should never have worked. If they do it right, it'll be described as the wokest show on TV and will cause all sorts of shitstorms. I f they do it wong, it'll be described as the blandest show on TV and no-one will watch it. It kinda slipped under the radar originally, not sure that's gonna happen this time.
