Why would it be relevant who James voted for?
Will the people who leaked the memo to the outside be disciplined in anyway? I am thinking that leaking internal memos or airing the company's internal issues would be a bigger issue than the content of the memo.
One can not control who supports one's ideas or causes. If Kim Jong Un (the president of North Korea) were in 100% agreement with the memo, would James Damore have to apologize for that?
The main stream media reported on the memo, analysed it, provided their (condemning) opinion and even interviewed women engineers and from the industry. They DID NOT give James Damore a chance to be in camera and present his point (until now). If MSM did not give a channel to James, it is fine and legit that he would do so with other channels.

Q: Why would it be relevant who James voted for?
A: When a pseudo-objective leftist journalist continues to encounter calm, civility, fairness, and rationality from a guest with conservative views, their brain begins to short circuit because they automatically anticipated a knuckle dragging ape like proto-human to show up at the interview. Surely no modern human could criticize Google's utopian social engineering.
For he who does not savor mandatory diversity training, surely must be a anachronistic creature from the paleolithic.

I do not believe in equal system but I do believe in a fair system. We need a system that is fair to both gender and this does not necessary mean an equal system. When Scandinavian countries , generally the most egalitarian, still have a disparity between men and women in corporate pay and leadership, it showed that when equality of opportunity is valued and made real by public policy, it frees up people to make choices. Men and women make different choices. Some of those choices are informed by biology. Women who succeed in the masculine world of either corporations, or an industrial construction site, they do so by taking on masculine characteristics. It can be shown that women with higher testosterone levels often exhibit those characteristics. They do not feminize the cultures; they adopt the characteristics of the culture. Assertiveness, decisiveness, being authoritative can be attributes that get promotions, not necessarily competency.

James Damore is a nice, honest young man, but desperately naive if he believes that any rapprochement is possible between the identity-politics fundamentalists who now dominate all the key institutions, public and private, and ordinary people who want to maintain commonsense notions of human relations. It is like trying to build a wooden bridge from terra firma to an island of unquenchable fire.

That bunch of reprobates at Google . I personally can't understand why you would want to work for Google to begin with. Start your own company like Google but make it heads,ABOVE.
